| Acetone and methanol are both extremely important organic chemical raw materials and reagents in industry.Methanol is mainly used in adhesives,dyes,pesticides and plastics.It is also a fuel with excellent performance.It can be mixed with gasoline as a fuel.Acetone is mainly used in the production of cellulose acetate film plastics and coating solvents,Pesticides,petroleum refining and used as raw materials for the manufacture of other synthetic materials,with a wide range of applications The azeotrope formed by acetone and methanol is a typical binary azeotrope,which cannot be separated by conventional means.In recent years,ionic liquids have received widespread attention as a green and environmentally friendly solvent with unique properties such as unmeasurable vapor pressure,good chemical and thermodynamic stability,wider electrochemical window,and recyclability.Because of its unique advantages,ionic liquid is selected as the extractant for separating acetone-methanol azeotrope system in this paper.Study the effect of the gas-liquid equilibrium of the system.The research content of this article includes:1)A total of 437 ionic liquids from 19 common anions and 23 cations were screened for COSMOtherm X,taking into account their solubility,price and availability,in the end,three ionic liquids with acetic radical anions were selected: 1,3-dimethyl imidactate [MMIM][Ac],1-butyl-3-methyl imidactate [BMIm][Ac],1-butyl-2,3-dimethyl imidactate [BMMIm][Ac].2)Predict the separation effect of the three ionic liquids on the acetone-methanol azeotropic system,and determine the vapor-liquid equilibrium(VEL)data of the acetone+methanol+ionic liquid ternary system under 101.3k Pa.The NRTL equation is used to fit the experimental data.The results show that the NRTL equation can correlate well with the binary and ternary gas-liquid equilibrium data in the experiment.Experiments show that all three ionic liquids can increase the relative volatility of acetone to methanol,shift the azeotropic point,and finally break the azeotropy completely.The order of the separation ability of the three ionic liquids for this system is as follows: [MMIm] [Ac]>[BMMIm][Ac]>[BMIm][Ac].3)The system was simulated by using Aspen Plus software,and the operation conditions of the system were obtained.The optimized equipment parameters and process parameters were obtained by sensitivity analysis.It provides the reference for the industrial application... |
