| As a new type of desalting technology,capacitive deionization technology has many advantages,such as high efficiency,low consumption,no secondary pollution and so on.The main factors that affect the deionization performance include the preparation and modification of electrode materials,operating parameters,structure and equipment,etc..Activated Carbon electrode has been paid more and more attention because of its stable performance,abundant pore structure and good economy.However,the study of loading of highly active substances is often neglected in the past.In this paper,the "three-dimensional electrode" was constructed with activated carbon as the active substance and short-cut carbon fiber as the three-dimensional framework of the electrodes.An ordered pore electrode was constructed by adding and removing shortcut yak hair in the process of three-dimensional electrode preparation.This paper provides a new idea for the development of capacitor deionized electrode materials.In this paper,dispersed short-cut carbon fibers are used as the three-dimensional framework of the electrode,and activated carbon is supported on the three-dimensional framework to form a "three-dimensional electrode".On this basis,an ordered pore electrode was constructed by introducing short-cut yak hair.Through physical and electrochemical characterization of the 2D electrode,3D electrode and ordered pore electrode,it was found that the addition of short-cut carbon fiber as a conductor and three-dimensional skeleton and the preparation of ordered pore short-cut yak hair,by affecting the electrode ohm.The two performances of drop and ion diffusion resistance affect the specific capacitance value and desalination performance of the electrode.The results show that in the three-dimensional electrode,the short-cut carbon fiber content causes the specific capacitance value of the electrode to increase first and then decrease.When the short-cut carbon fiber content is 17.6 mg,the specific capacitance value reaches the maximum value of 181.23 F/g;The effect of short-cut yak hair content on electrode ohmic drop and ion diffusion resistance is opposite to that of short-cut carbon fiber,and the specific capacitance changes similarly.When the short-cut yak hair content is 13.7 mg,the specific capacitance value reaches the maximum value of 218.27F/g.When the carbon fiber content is 17.6 mg and the short-cut yak hair content is 13.7mg,the optimal specific capacitance of the ordered pore electrode can reach 218.27 F/g,and it can be charged and discharged during the current density of 5 A/g.Reduce the capacitance attenuation rate.It is used in the desalination process of sodium chloride solution.When the concentration of sodium chloride solution is 2 g/L,the maximum desalination amount can reach 12.23 mg/g.The three-dimensional ordered pore electrode constructed in this paper can significantly improve the capacitance performance and the amount of desalination,provide a new idea for the study of highquality loaded electrodes,and lay the foundation for the further application of capacitive deionization technology. |
