The discharge of oily sewage will not only affect the dissolved oxygen in the water,but also form an oil film on the surface of the water,hinder the exchange of substances between the air and the water,leading to the lack of oxygen in the water,seriously threatening the life of aquatic organisms and destroying the ecological balance in the water environment In the meantime,these situations will eventually be reflected in the surrounding environment and affect the entire ecological environment.The two-dimensional sine wave coalescing plate is a new type of coalescing plate structure designed and developed by this research group.This article uses Soildworks software to carry out three-dimensional modeling of the two-dimensional sine wave coalescence separator,and the three-dimensional model through the mesh software in the workbench platform.Mesh division,using Fulent to simulate the phase separation process of different coalescence plate structures,considering the hydrophilic and hydrophobic characteristics of the coalescence plate and the structural dimensions of the two-dimensional sine wave coalescence plate Amplitude A,period T,spacing H,plate length L.The effect of the surface property K value on the separation efficiency.The Box-Behnken combined test was used to analyze the response surface of the two-dimensional sine wave coalescing plate.The five structural parameters of the plate length L,plate spacing H,amplitude A,period T,and plate surface property K were selected.Based on the single factor analysis,a 5-factor 3-level response surface analysis was carried out,and the quadratic polynomial regression equation of separation efficiency was obtained by fitting,and the solution was found when L=809mm,H=20,A=15,T=125mm,K=0.109,the theoretical maximum value of separation efficiency is 0.9484.The formula of the processing capacity Q of the two-dimensional sine wave coalescence plate separator is derived,and the processing capacity Q of the separator in this paper is calculated to be 1.7m~3/h,which provides a design calculation basis for the further application and promotion of the modified equipment technology.
