| CoP and CoNiP monometallic and bimetallic phosphides were synthesized by pyrolysis of metal organic frameworks(Co-Ni-MOFs)using 2,5-dihydroxyterephthalic acid as organic ligand.CoP and CoNiP catalysts were loaded in reduction of graphene oxide by nitrogen sulfur double doping(NSRGO),and the comparative experiments were carried out at different temperatures and different mass ratios. The surface morphology and electrochemical performance were analyzed. The electrochemical test results show that when Co-MOF-74 pyrolysis temperature was 500 ℃,the over potential of CoP/NSRGO is 155 mV and the Tafel slope is 47 mV/dec,which is better than that of CoP/NSRGO catalyst at other pyrolysis temperatures. When the CoP/NSRGO mass ratio is 1:2,it has a small Tafel slope(43mV / dec),a lower overpotential(η 10 = 145 mV/dec)and good chemical stability.Compared with the mono metal phosphide, the electrocatalytic activity of her in CoNiP/NSRGO bimetallic system was enhanced, showing a strong synergistic effect. When the mass ratio of CoNiP/NSRGO is 1:2,the over potential is 140 mV,the Tafel slope is 36 mV/dec,and all of them show good durability and durability. |
