| The construction and development of low-carbon city is an important way to deal with today’s global warming. With the severe situation of high carbon emissions in China, the construction of low-carbon city will become the trend of urban development in the future.Relevant scholars at home and abroad have formed a wealth of theories and methods for the study of low-carbon city, but at the level of National New District, there is less research on the urban low-carbon space planning, and the usual planning methods are not enough in the calculation method of city-based low-carbon planning, carbon emission calculation model and low-carbon indicators. The research on low-carbon land layout has great significance for the future urban construction Exhibition and scientific research on low-carbon cities are of great significance. This paper takes the construction land in Pudong New Area as the research object, combs the current situation data and development background, uses Kaya identity, regression fitting, grey prediction model and other research methods to predict the peak carbon emission of construction land in Pudong New Area, and uses "land carbon emission intensity",multiple linear regression and other methods to analyze the planning scheme of construction land in Pudong New Area from land carbon emission and traffic carbon emission By comparing the carbon emissions of Pudong New Area with the peak carbon emissions of Pudong New Area,it is found that the carbon emissions of Pudong New Area Planning and construction land do not meet the requirements of Shanghai master plan and Pudong master plan.At the same time, through the analysis of the influencing factors of carbon emission of construction land in Pudong New Area,it is found that there is room for optimization in the matching degree of working and living space, land mix degree and ecological space in Pudong New Area.Based on the development trend of "zero growth" of construction land in Pudong New Area, the problem that the carbon emission of construction land will exceed the peak value, and the deficiency of traditional planning methods, and the advantage that genetic algorithm can make up for the lack of quantitative research methods to solve nonlinear and multidimensional problems in traditional low-carbon planning, this paper starts from the carbon emission goals and problems of Pudong New Area,Using genetic algorithm for quantitative simulation analysis, the low-carbon model of land use layout is constructed from five aspects: optimizing carbon emission target, optimizing job residence balance target, optimizing land mix degree target, optimizing ecological space target and constraint conditions. The simulation and optimization process of genetic algorithm is configured through chromosome coding, population initialization and genetic operator setting of genetic algorithm,The simulation results are obtained.According to the results of the simulation of convergence of the adaptability function, combined with the analysis of the Pudong planning scheme,a wide range of adaptability is adjusted to the combined level of residential area,Land and ecological space in Pudong New Area. The Pudong New Area Land Allocation Scheme is an ideal scenario. The low carbon simulation was obtained. On the whole, the carbon emission of construction land under the low-carbon simulation scenario is 27.879 million TC,which is 11.2% less than the original planning scheme. It meets the requirements of Shanghai master plan and Pudong master plan. The land structure under the low-carbon simulation scenario meets the requirements of land layout development in Pudong New Area.Based on the lowcarbon simulation scenario, combined with the analysis of the article, the paper puts forward the low-carbon strategy of land layout in Pudong New Area from the aspects of the optimization of occupation living space, the optimization of land mixed use and the construction of a good ecological pattern. |
