| With the adjustment of the industrial structure of my country’s original major industrial cities and the renewal of the old cities,a large number of idle old industrial buildings have appeared in the country.Reconstruction and reuse is currently the main method of dealing with old industrial buildings,and it is also an inevitable trend.Under the state and local encouragement policies,a large number of old industrial building recycling projects have appeared in various places.The carbon emission time during the construction period of the recycling of old industrial buildings is relatively concentrated and the carbon emissions are large,so it has become the focus of research on carbon emissions throughout the life cycle of the recycling of old industrial buildings.The purpose of this study is to analyze the construction characteristics of the recycling and utilization of old industrial buildings,propose a method for measuring the carbon footprint during the construction period,and evaluate the carbon reduction effect during the construction period and the satisfaction of the carbon reduction effect.Therefore,the main content of this research is: First,the boundary of carbon footprint measurement during the construction period of the recycling of old industrial buildings is defined,the construction period is divided into four construction phases and the list of materials required for each stage is sorted out;the carbon footprint calculation method during the construction period of the recycling of old industrial buildings based on the LCA theory is proposed.And build a carbon footprint factor database suitable for carbon footprint calculation during the construction period.Secondly,taking the recycling project of an old steel plant in Shaanxi as an example,seven old industrial buildings were selected and the carbon footprint of the recycling construction period was measured.At the same time,the deconstruction analysis of the carbon footprint composition during the construction period was carried out to explore the carbon footprint composition rules,and the benchmark buildings were selected to compare their carbon footprints;the results showed that the reconstruction phase contributed the most to the carbon footprint during the construction period;steel,concrete,and brick materials It is the main building material that produces the carbon footprint of building materials;the carbon footprint level during the construction period is in a better state than that of the general new construction,and the carbon reduction effect is evaluated.Finally,draw lessons from the PSR model and select the variable weight comprehensive evaluation method to construct a satisfaction evaluation model for the carbon reduction effect during the construction period of the recycling of old industrial buildings,establish an evaluation index system based on the PSR model and select the variable weight comprehensive evaluation method to be satisfied with the carbon reduction effect during the construction period Degree to be determined.Through empirical research,it verified the operability and effectiveness of the evaluation model,and analyzed the improvement path of carbon reduction effect satisfaction. |
