At present,municipal domestic garbage treatment is a recognized problem.Landfill and incineration are the main treatment methods.With the development of the city,more and more domestic waste is produced,and the disposal method of domestic waste is more and more inclined to incineration.During the operation of waste incineration power plant,leachate is produced by waste fermentation in the garbage storage sites.Nowadays,more and more attention has been paid to environmental protection and more stringent emission standards have been introduced by governments at all levels.Because the concentration of pollutants in landfill leachate is very high,especially chemical oxygen demand and ammonia nitrogen,it needs to be treated and discharged.In the existing leachate treatment technology,concentrated liquid inevitably occurs in the process of treatment,which needs further treatment by waste incineration power plant.In this paper,the effect of concentrated liquid used in pulping on flue gas quality,atomizer in flue gas treatment equipment and the effect of concentrated liquid used in spraying back were studied through engineering experiments.By adjusting the pH,chloride ion and hardness of water,the influence of different water quality concentrate on flue gas quality was studied.It was found that when the ratio of concentrate to waste is less than 65%,the gas indexes of hydrogen chloride and sulfur dioxide in flue gas can be controlled.The pH of the concentrate can be adjusted to 7.5 in the production operation,and the removal efficiency of SO2and HCl flue gas is the highest in the pulping of the concentrate.Concentration of carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxide gas has no connection with the quality of concentrated solution.In this paper,by adjusting the conductivity,hardness and COD of concentrate,the influence of different water quality concentrate on atomizer was studied.It is concluded that the conductivity of the concentrated solution has the greatest influence on the atomizer.In the case of pulping with concentrated liquid,the atomizer needs to be cleaned after one week’s operation.By adjusting the amount of spraying back,the residual air coefficient is 1.06,the calorific value of waste is 5570 k J/kg,and the amount of waste feed is 20.8 t/h.When the amount of spraying back is 2 m3/h,the loss of electricity cost is the lowest,and the loss of concentrated liquid is 6.76 yuan per spraying back.When the residual air coefficient is constant,the loss of spray back can be reduced by adjusting the primary air volume.The air residual coefficient is 1.08.When the air flow rate is 45,000 m3/h,the electricity cost is 2.7 yuan when the concentrated liquid is sprayed 1 m_every time.When the air volume is 30000 m3/h,the power cost is 13.52 yuan when the concentrated liquid is sprayed back 1 m3/h.Based on the above research contents,the use of concentrated liquid in lime slurry water preparation for semi-dry flue gas treatment is a feasible way to treat concentrated liquid in grate incineration power plant.If the pH of the concentrated solution is increased and the conductivity of the concentrated solution is reduced,it will be more conducive to the control of the flue gas index and the good working condition of the atomizer.The ratio of slurry production of concentrate to waste input should be less than 14.4%.The flue gas index will not exceed the standard.Back spraying can reduce the income of waste incineration power plants,but it can reduce the loss of income by changing the operating conditions.Concentrated liquid used in lime slurry preparation should take precedence over spraying back.
