Due to its wide source,high toxicity and long time of pollution,the indoor environmental pollution health problems caused by HCHO have become the focus of The World Health Organization.In view of GB/T 18801-2015,this paper proposed the detection method and removal capacity of the target pollutant formaldehyde,studied the activated carbon based formaldehyde adsorption and purification materials,and set up the formaldehyde testing method of 3 m3detection chamber.In addition,the chemical substances with catalytic activity(such as amino acids,amines,sodium carbonate and sodium bisulfite,Mn oxide,etc.)were loaded on activated carbon by physical or chemical methods to study the influence of the ratio and dosage of supported formaldehyde eliminators or active additives on the adsorption and purification performance of formaldehyde.The results are as follows:(1)Analysis and research on the preparation plan of carrier activated carbon materials:Select carrier activated carbon to support formaldehyde scavengers and highly reactive chemicals,analyze technical difficulties and solutions,and use amino acids(L-cysteine hydrochloride,glycine),amines Compounds(ethylene urea+glycine monosodium salt,ammonium sulfate+diammonium hydrogen phosphate+ammonium chloride),sodium carbonate+sodium bisulfite,MnO2and other additives,research the preparation plan of composite activated carbon materials,and establish 3 m3 formaldehyde test chamber and detection method.(2)Study on self-decay test of formaldehyde detection chamber and purification of formaldehyde by different additives loaded on activated carbon.Firstly,the formaldehyde self-attenuation test of 3 m3 Test Chamber is carried out,and the self-attenuation k value is 0.01053;Secondly,the comparative study of activated carbon samples with glycine monosalate,ethylene urea,and ethylene urea-inorganic ammonium added showed that the removal effect of ethylene urea-inorganic ammonium added sample was the best,but the removal rate of the sample with purchased demos still had a certain gap;thirdly,it was found that the pore structure,water content,p H and other basic performance test data of different base carbon carriers were different,and the different preparation process would have different effects on the dispersion of active components and the ability of purifying formaldehyde,activation temperature is the main influence factor;Finally,with 2060-carbon as the base carbon,the catalyst sample impregnated with 15%content was prepared in accordance with the ratio of organic amine:ammonium sulfate=7:3 and dried in a 120℃oven to obtain the best formaldehyde purification capacity.The detection result at 30 m3 was 38.016 for formaldehyde CADR value,and the purification efficiency was 60.25.(3)Study on the purification performance of MnO2 doped activated carbon materials and purchased samples Firstly,the purpose of loading manganese oxide is achieved through different ways.The precursors include potassium permanganate,manganese sulfate,manganese chloride,manganese acetate and manganese oxide suspension.According to the test results,the effect of loading containing manganese oxide suspension is the best.Secondly,2060-based carbon,which is good for formaldehyde purification,was selected as the carrier for the vehicle-mounted purifier verification test,and different additives were added to adjust the purification ability of formaldehyde,which was slightly worse than that of foreign trade samples.Finally,different foreign trade samples were selected for additive adjustment analysis,and the first and second generation of formaldehyde carbon-based catalysts were obtained,and good formaldehyde purification ability was obtained.In particular,the purification effect of the second generation 70 kg amplified sample on formaldehyde can reach the same level as that of the purchased Suzhou Jialian sample,and it is higher than the first generation products.
