Dye is widely used in textile,printing and dyeing,food and other industries,dyeing process will produce a large amount of organic wastewater,serious pollution to the water environment,so the research of efficient dye wastewater treatment method has great significance.In this paper,the typical refractory dye acid bright red GR was used as the research object,and the Cu/Mn-SBA-15molecular sieve synthesized by pre-hydrolysis under neutral conditions was used as the catalyst to degrade the acid bright red GR dye wastewater by UV assisted hydrogen peroxide oxidation,and the degradation process was explored.1.This paper adopts the hydrolysis method,are ethyl silicate as silicon source,with polyethylene oxide-polypropylene oxide-polyethylene oxide three block copolymer P123 as the template agent,pre hydrolysis of ethyl silicate,SBA-15 molecular sieve was synthesized under neutral condition next,Cu/SBA-15 molecular sieve,double metal composite catalyst Cu/Mn-SBA-15 molecular sieve,the samples by XRD,SEM,TEM,BET and characterized by FT-IR analysis.Characterization analysis results show that the synthesis of the hydrolysis method(Cu/Mn-molecular sieve SBA-15 specific surface area of 709m2/g,for highly ordered mesoporous structure,hole arrangement neat,appropriate Cu,Mn double doped with metal,make the SBA-15molecular sieve formed the short-range ordered porous,metal components better dispersion degree,improved the SBA-15 molecular sieve catalytic performance.2.The synthesized catalyst was used to degrade 1000mg/L acidic bright red GR dye wastewater,and the catalytic performance of the catalyst under different Cu and Mn doping conditions was investigated.The degradation experiment results showed that when the Cu/Mn/Si mole ratio was 0.09:0.06:1,the Cu/Mn-SBA-15 molecular sieve had the best catalytic performance.3.Cu/Mn-SBA-15 molecular sieve with the best catalytic performance was used to degrade1000mg/L acid red GR dye wastewater.The single factor experiment and orthogonal optimization experiment were carried out,and the optimal degradation conditions were obtained as follows:reaction time 120min,catalyst dosage 0.20g,H2O2 dosage 0.7m L,initial p H=3,reaction temperature70℃.Under this condition,the decolorization rate of acid bright red GR dye wastewater can reach99.16%.4.The catalytic kinetics of Cu/Mn-SBA-15 molecular sieve for the degradation of acidic bright red GR dye wastewater was further studied,which was consistent with the pseudo-first-order kinetic model.The apparent kinetic equation was as follows:ln(Ct/C0)=-4.056×1 06×e-51.99×103/RT×CA1.2.5897×CB1.89676×CC-1.75975×t...
