The energy and chemical production required for the development of today’s social industry is extremely dependent on fossil resources,but the non renewable of fossil resources and a series of environmental problems brought about by the process of use have serious consequences.Therefore,Finding fossil resource substitutes is the key to solve the current problems.Biomass resources are widely found in nature,with abundant output and good renewable property,which is regarded as the most ideal alternative to fossil resources.With the increasing demand for energy and chemicals in modern society,it is of great significance to use renewable biomass to replace non renewable fossil resources to produce high-value chemicals.Glycerin is a kind of biological derivative,and it is widely produced as by-product of biodiesel.The conversion of glycerin into value-added products makes biodiesel industry more attractive economically.Glycerin can be converted into a series of platform chemicals,such as 1,2-propanediol,1,3-propanediol and glycerin acid(GA).Glycerin acid can be highly selective to 3-iodoprotein(3-IPA)catalyzed by hydroiodic acid.In this reaction,the yield of 3-iodoprotein is 99.9%,and it is more favorable for product separation.Therefore,this paper mainly explores the preparation of high-value chemicals from 3-iodopropanoic acid and tries to prepare high-value chemicals from one pot of glyceric acid.1.Glycerin derivative glycerin acid(GA)can be used as raw material to synthesize 3-iodoprotein(3-IPA)effectively.3-iodoprotein(3-IPA)is a potential biomaterial based platform molecule.In microwave reactor,the rapid dimerization of ethyl 3-iodoprate into diethyl hexanedioate was carried out by NiCl2·6H2O as catalyst,Mn and 1,10-o-phenanthroline ligands.Under the optimum reaction conditions,84%yield can be obtained at 90oC for 5 minutes.Adipic acid(AA)was prepared by hydrolysis of diethyl adipate in acid catalyst with yield of 89%.AA is an important chemical and monomer used in the production of various high performance polymers.This rapid coupling method is also suitable for other alkylhalides.2.Succinic acid,as a potential C4 compound,is listed as one of the top 12 bio base platform molecules by the U.S.Department of energy.It can be used to synthesize chemical raw materials such as butanediol,succinic acid,succinic acid and other fine chemicals.Succinic acid,as a kind of biological platform molecule,has been widely used in medicine and environment.Glycerin is a derivative of glycerin,which has a rich yield and can be prepared in large quantities by oxidation of glycerin.However,the transformation from GA to SA has not been reported.In this work,the best conditions for the reaction of 3-iodoprotein(3-IPA)with SA were studied by carbonylation reaction in the presence of CO and RhCl3·3H2O in the solvent system of acetic acid(AA)and water.Under the best conditions,the yield of SA is 90%.The best conditions for one-step carbonylation of SA from GA were further explored.Under this condition,the yield of SA can still reach 74%. |
