| The comprehensive utilization of copper tailings is of great significance to the protection of environment and the development of circular economy.Making use of copper tailings to prepare lightweight ceramsite and making ceramsite foam concrete with ceramsite as aggregate can not only restrain the shrinkage of foam concrete,improve material strength,but also make the material have excellent thermal insulation performance.In this paper,copper tailings are used as raw materials,polishing slag as foaming agent and albite as flux.Copper tailings ceramsite is prepared and ceramsite foam concrete is prepared by using this ceramic aggregate as aggregate.The effects of raw material ratio and firing technology on apparent density,porosity,water absorption,cylinder pressure strength,thermal conductivity,and pore characteristics of ceramsite were studied by orthogonal test and single factor test.The effects of copper tailings ceramsite on dry bulk density,thermal conductivity,compressive strength,water absorption,porosity,specific strength and dry shrinkage value of ceramsite foam concrete were studied by single factor test.Research shows:(1)The suitable raw material ratio of copper tailings ceramsite is 10% albite and30% of polishing slag;The firing process is 1200 ℃ and the holding time is 40 min.(2)with the increase of the dosage of copper tailings ceramsite,the dry apparent density,thermal conductivity,compressive strength and specific strength of ceramsite foam concrete increase,while the water absorption,porosity and dry shrinkage value of ceramsite foam concrete decrease.When the dosage of copper tailings ceramsite is30%,ceramsite foam concrete has the best comprehensive performance.(3)under the same dosage of ceramsite,the effect of copper tailings ceramsite and shale ceramsite on drying shrinkage value and water absorption rate of ceramsite foam concrete is close.Copper tailings ceramsite foam concrete is superior to shale ceramsite foam concrete in terms of thermal insulation and lightweight strength.(4)the copper tailings ceramsite foam concrete has excellent performance,the strength of ceramsite and foam slurry is matched,the apparent density is close,and the homogeneity of the mixture is good.The research and development of this material can effectively utilize the solid waste of copper tailings and polishing slag,so it has the significance of energy conservation and environmental protection and green development. |
