| Steel fiber self-compacting concrete is a cement-based composite material reinforced by self-compacting concrete by adding steel fiber,and has good working performance and mechanical properties.Based on engineering applicability and economic considerations,steel fiber self-compacting concrete is used to replace traditional reinforced concrete to make an unreinforced four-sided six-sided permeable frame.The work performance,mechanical properties,shrinkage performance,and impermeability of steel fiber self-compacting concrete are studied separately.Performance and fiber distribution and mechanical properties of the permeable frame,mainly considering the volume rate of steel fiber 0.4%-1.2%(in increments of 0.4%),water-binder ratio of 0.35-0.29(decrease in 0.3),steel fiber type(milling、hooked、wave)change,The main research content and conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)Performance: In addition to the water-binder ratio of 0.29,the filling and gap passing properties of the steel fiber self-compacting concrete prepared with the water-binder ratio meet the requirements of related technical indicators;when the water-binder ratio is the same as the steel fiber type,the content is low the work performance of steel fiber self-compacting concrete is better,when the water-binder ratio is the same as that of steel fiber,the work performance of milling steel fiber self-compacting concrete is better.(2)Mechanical properties: When the water-binder ratio is 0.35,with the increase of the steel fiber content(within the range of 0%-0.8%),both the cubic compressive strength and the axial compressive strength show an increasing trend,beyond this range,with the addition of steel fiber,the compressive strength shows a downward trend;the increase of the steel fiber content or the decrease of the water-binder ratio will increase the splitting tensile strength and the flexural strength;only the change of the water-binder ratio has a significant effect on the elastic modulus;when the steel fiber types are different,the hooked steel fiber self-compacting concrete has better tensile performance.(3)Drying shrinkage: As the amount of steel fiber increases,the inhibitory effect of steel fiber on the drying shrinkage of self-compacting concrete gradually increases;as the water-to-binder ratio decreases,the restraining effect of steel fiber on the drying shrinkage of self-compacting concrete shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing;hooked steel fiber has the best restraint effect on the drying shrinkage of self-compacting concrete.(4)Impermeability: As the amount of steel fiber increases,the impermeability of steel fiber self-compacting concrete shows a downward trend;as the water-binder ratio decreases,steel fiber self-compacting concrete has an impermeability performance compared with self-compacting concrete matrix.The decline rate shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing;when the volume ratio of steel fiber is the same,the influence of steel fiber type on the impermeability of self-compacting concrete is mainly related to the shape and number of steel fibers.(5)Four-sided and six-sided permeable frame: The effect of steel fiber type changes on the distribution and mechanical properties of permeable frames is mainly studied,it is found that light and thin hooked type steel fibers are more suitable for engineering applications of permeable frames. |
