At present,the application of environmental parameter detection is quite extensive,but there are still some shortcomings in the environmental detection instruments which are widely used at present.Especially in some special environments,such as field aging test,storage of weapons and equipment,warship cabin,etc.,to ensure that the management personnel can check the corresponding data and carry out analysis and research at any time.Due to the special environment,the environment detection system is required to have high scalability and portability.This project plans to study a set of general multi parameter detection system,which can detect the environment for the storage,aging test and other special working environment of weapons and equipment.For example,taking the ship’s bottom cabin as the working environment,it requires real-time detection of its environmental parameters.In case of liquid leakage,the environmental parameters will change accordingly Liquid and other related parameters can provide data source for subsequent evaluation of working environment and equipment failure.In this thesis,the main content of multi-parameter detection is to study a set of multi-parameter detection system with computer as the upper computer,single chip microcomputer as the lower computer,supplemented by various sensors and measuring circuits.It can measure the typical environmental parameters such as temperature,humidity,air pressure,formaldehyde concentration and conductivity value in real time,and complete the multi-parameter detection function,The test results can be displayed in real time in the LCD screen of the lower computer and the measurement interface of the upper computer.The system saves the data in the database of the upper computer for researchers to analyze the data and evaluate the equipment failure.The corresponding interface is reserved in the system,which can be used to connect the required sensors and improve the scalability of the whole system.According to the particularity of the use environment,the system also sets up two ways of communication between wired RS485 and wireless Lora,which can realize the functions of wired and wireless data transmission.The MFC host computer based on Visual Studio 2013 is developed to realize the human-computer interaction function of the system.The design process of the system,the hardware realization of the system function and the software design of the upper and lower computer are introduced in detail.Finally,the corresponding function test,error analysis and comparative experiment of each functional module of the whole system are carried out.The measurement accuracy of temperature and humidity,air pressure,formaldehyde concentration and conductivity meets the expected index requirements,and the measurement function can be realized. |
