With the steady progress of my country’s"Industry shall retreat from the urban area and shift to industry zones",it is necessary to improve the water environment comprehensively to ensure the coordinated development of industrialization and ecological civilization construction.This project takes wastewater treatment process in industrial park as the research object,adopted NCMBR process to apply to wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)in industrial park to remove organic matter and nitrogen and phosphorus for meeting the discharge standard and achieving the purpose of resource reuse,which also provided theoretical basis and scientific guidance for the construction or upgrading for WWTP in industrial park.The main research contents include:(1)Characterization of NCMBR membrane material performance;(2)Research of pilot of NCMBR process;(3)Application of NCMBR process in upgrading project for WWTP in industrial park;(4)Engineering application demonstration of NCMBR process in WWTP in industrial park.The main findings are as follows.(1)The analysis of the microstructure and porosity of the NCMBR membrane showed that the NCMBR membrane mainly consisted of a support body,a transition layer and a ceramic membrane layer,of which the ceramic membrane layer was composed of porous pure Si C.The porosity of the NCMBR membrane material was 46.18%,which had good separation efficiency and stability.(2)The results of effluent index under pilot conditions by continuous monitoring showed the effluent COD concentration was below 50 mg/L,with an average of 37 mg/L,NH3-N concentration was below 0.82 mg/L,with an average of 0.30 mg/L,and TP was basically stable below 0.2 mg/L.It showed that the effluent COD,NH3-N and TP of industrial park wastewater treated by NCMBR process could stably meet the discharge standard of pollutants for urban wastewater treatment plant(GB18918-2002).The effluent of COD,NH3-N and TP could meet the level A of the discharge standard(GB18918-2002).(3)The statistical analysis of influent and effluent index of upgrading project for WWTP in Wanggao Industrial Park in Hezhou City,Guangxi,as an example,which adopted NCMBR process in continuous operation,showed that the average removal rate of COD could reach 92.0%,with significant and stable treatment effect;the average removal rate of NH3-N was 93.9%;the average concentration of TP was 0.15 mg/L,and the average removal rate was 78.1%,lower than the COD and NH3-N.In addition,this process owned high automaticity,small covers an area,broad prospects for promotion.(4)The statistical analysis of effluent index of WWTP in stainless steel Industrial Park in Wuzhou City,Guangxi,as an example,which adopted NCMBR process in continuous operation,reflected the practical application effect,this system operation was stable,and the effluent steadily reached the Level A of the discharge standards(GB18918-2002),with good pollutant removal effect.It could reduce COD emission about 365 t/a,NH3-N emission about 36.5 t/a and TP emission about 6.39 t/a.The analysis of economic,environmental and social benefits showed that NCMBR process owned a certain reference value in other WWTP projects in industrial park.
