In the field of oil spill remote sensing,one of the best detection technologies is Laser Induced Fluorescence(LIF)detection technology.It is carried on a variety of carriers LIF equipment,through the laser source to emit laser to sea water to obtain the fluorescence containing various components of information,and then through the analysis of fluorescence signal can get the range of oil spill,oil spill types and oil spill thickness and other information.Because the LIF detection system only detects one point,it can obtain limited information and can not obtain the parameters of the oil spill.At present,there are only available theoretical research results and detection methods for the continuous thin oil film(D≤10μm)in the non emulsifying stage of oil spill pollution in this field.In this paper,two deficiencies are studied.First of all,the LIF + visual image sea surface oil spill detection platform system is designed.On the basis of the previous simple LIF detection,the visual image system is added,so that the oil spill sea surface image capture and LIF detection system work in parallel,and the same area of the same sea surface is monitored together.More valuable detection information is obtained through the "points" obtained by LIF and the "surface" obtained by image,which significantly improves the simple LIF The limitations of the detection system.Secondly,the apparent characteristics and optical characteristics of oil spill on the sea surface are analyzed and studied,and different types of oil spill areas are divided.According to the various regional characteristics of oil spill on the sea surface,the oil spill estimation method is proposed,and the oil film thickness information,oil film fluorescence intensity information,water Raman scattering intensity information and image information are extracted.According to these relationships,the oil spill information suitable for the intelligent detection system is fitted According to the formula of membrane volume measurement,the theory and method of area classification detection for oil spill on the sea are put forward.Finally,This paper presents the algorithm of OTSU combined with Monte Carlo method to measure the oil spill area,and the oil spill thickness estimation algorithm for thin oil film,thick oil film,discontinuous oil film and oil in water.Using intelligent methods and laboratory experiments,the characteristics of oil film area and thickness are obtained,and the error analysis is carried out.Combined with theoretical analysis,the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified.
