Li2O-Al2O3-Si O2(LAS)transparent glass-ceramics have high visible light Visible light transmittance and high flexural strength, which are widely used in fire doors and windows, radar radome, electronic packaging, optical devices and other fields. In this paper,LAS transparent glass-ceramics are prepared by the melting method, and the influence of each oxide in the glass composition on the Visible light transmittance and flexural strength of the glass-ceramics is studied by the orthogonal experiment design method, and different heat treatment processes are studied through robust experimental design Influence on the Visible light transmittance and flexural strength of LAS transparent glass-ceramics.The characteristic temperature of basic glass was tested by DSC,the Visible light transmittance of glass-ceramics was tested by UV spectrophotometer, the flexural strength of glass-ceramics was tested by three-point bending method, and the phase and microstructure were analyzed by XRD and SEM.In the orthogonal test, the visible light transmittance of the sample is 75.98%,and the corresponding flexural strength of the sample is 87.9 MPa.The results showed that L12(211)orthogonal test was designed with Visible light transmittance and flexural strength as test indexes and various oxides as factors. When the heat treatment process is as follows:nucleation temperature 710℃,nucleation time60min,crystallization temperature 830℃and crystallization time 120 min,the order of the factors affecting the Visible light transmittance is C(Zr O2),D(Ti O2),J(K2O),I(Na2O),F(Zn O),G(Mg O),E(P2O5),A(Si O2),H(Li2O),B(Al2O3),and the optimal combination is A1B2C2D2E2F2G1H2I1J1;The results show that the order of the factors affecting the flexural strength is G,D,B,H,I,F,A,E,J,C,and the optimal combination is A2B1C2D2E2F1G2H2I1J2.Under this condition, the visible light transmittance and flexural strength of the sample of the optimal LAS transparent glass-ceramic formulation are 75.98%and 183.1 MPa,respectively. After comprehensively balancing the two test indicators, the order of the factors is as follows:D,G,I,C,F,J,B,H,A,E,the optimal combination after comprehensive consideration is A1B1C2D2E2F2G2H2I1J1.In the orthogonal test, the visible light transmittance of the sample is 75.98%,and the corresponding flexural strength of the sample is 87.9 MPa.The SN ratio of Visible light transmittance and flexural strength(the ratio of the main effect of the factor to the error effect)is used as the test index, the various composition oxides are used as the factor to design the inner surface, and 8 heat treatment processes are selected as the outer surface. The inner and outer tables together constitute the robust test design table. In the robust test, the primary and secondary order of the influence of various factors on the Visible light transmittance is:C,D,J,I,G,B,A,E,H,F,and the optimal combination is:A2B2C2D2E2F1G1H1I1J1;The primary and secondary order of the influence of various factors on the flexural strength is:G,D,E,A,J,H,C,B,F,I,and the optimal combination is:A1B1C2D2E2F2G2H2I2J2;Under this condition, the visible light transmittance and flexural strength of the sample of the optimal LAS transparent glass-ceramic formulation are 76.56%and 247.4 MPa,respectively. After comprehensively balancing the two test indicators, the priority order of the factors is:D,G,C,J,A,E,B,I,H,F,the optimal combination after comprehensive consideration is A2B2C2D2E2F1G2H1I1J1,the optimal formula for this test is:54.5 wt.%Si O2,26.4 wt.%Al2O3,2.4 wt.%Zr O2,1.8 wt.%Ti O2,6.7 wt.%P2O5,1.7 wt.%Zn O,1.0 wt.%Mg O,4.7wt.%Li2O,0.2 wt.%Na2O and 0.6 wt.%K2O,the visible light transmittance of the sample is 76.56%,The corresponding flexural strength of the sample is 87.5 MPa.
