| Needle coke was prepared from DMC,which was obtained from whole component group separation of coal.By changing the carbonization conditions and calcination temperature,the better conditions of DMC to prepare needle coke were investigated.On this basis,coal pitch and coumarone resin were selected as co-carbonization agents to prepare needle coke by co-carbonization with DMC.True density test,using polarizing microscopic analysis,FT-IR,SEM,XRD,dust resistivity testing,methods of element analysis,to explore the preparation of needle coke coke and structure and properties of calcined petrolem coke and explore respectively two kinds of charring agent with the appropriate proportion of DMC were carbonized preparation of needle coke discuss directly and coking of needle coke prepared by carbonization reaction mechanism.The results showed that:The conditions of direct preparation of needle coke by DMC were carbonization temperature of 450 ℃ and constant temperature of 8 h.Under these conditions,a wide area streamlined structure appears in the polarizing structure of focal light,the true density of focal light is 1.25 g/cm~3,and the size of microcrystals is large.When the calcination temperature is 1450 ℃,the true density of calcined coke is 2.11 g/cm~3,and the powder resistivity is 6.03mΩ·m.It is realized that the properties and structure of needle coke prepared directly by DMC under normal pressure are close to that of high quality needle coke.Through the co-carbonization of DMC and coal pitch,the properties and structure of needle coke are improved.When coal pitch accounted for 25%of the raw material,the true density of coke increased to 1.41 g/cm~3.The content of fibrous components in coke increased from 44%to 65%.When the calcining temperature is 1100 ℃,the true density of burnt coke is 2.15 g/cm~3.Powder resistivity decreased by nearly 30%;Internal voids are reduced;The total contents of N and S miscellaneous elements decreased obviously.By comparing with national standard parameters and other literatures,various parameters of needle coke obtained by DMC and coal pitch co-carbonization have reached the level of high-quality needle coke.Coumarone resin can increase the fluidity of carbonization reaction system and play the role of expanding the size of microcrystals.When the content of coumarone resin in raw material is 10%,the true density of coke reaches 1.31 g/cm~3.The content of fibrous components in coke increased from 44%to 53%.When the calcining temperature is 1100 ℃,the true density of burnt coke is 2.07 g/cm~3.Powder resistivity decreased by nearly 60%;The orientation of microtexture structure was improved obviously.The total contents of N and S miscellaneous elements decreased by more than50%.There are 30 figures,24 tables,106 references in this paper. |
