| Food waste anaerobic digestion solution is a type of waste water with high ammonia nitrogen(1000 mg/L),high COD(2000-3000 mg/L)and characteristics of salinity and sulfate.The traditional process is difficult to treat the wastewater to meet the discharge requirements of the sewage treatment plant,and the Partial Nitrification-Anammox process,as a new type of autotrophic denitrification coupling process,has great advantages in treating this wastewater.Therefore,in this experiment,a Partial Nitrification-Anammox system was constructed to treat simulated wastewater,and the effect of the Partial Nitrification-Anammox system on the treatment of this type of wastewater was explored,and the effect of the system on wastewater treatment under the influence of inorganic salts.Changes provide parameter support for the coupling system to process the actual food waste digestive juice.Mainly include the following:First start the Partial Nitrification(PN)and Anammox(AMX)systems,couple the Partial Nitrification and Anammox systems(systems 1,2,3),and finally system1(PN1-AMX1)to treat salty wastewater,system 2(PN2-AMX2)treats sulphate-containing wastewater,system 3(PN3-AMX3)treats salt-containing and sulphate wastewater.By analyzing and comparing the results of the Partial Nitrification and Anammox system’s denitrification performance,sludge properties(such as sludge appearance,sludge concentration,SEM,EPS,etc.)and microbial community structure,explore the Partial Nitrification and Anammox.Whether the oxidation system is feasible for the treatment of anaerobic digestion liquid of actual food waste.(1)The Anammox system was successfully started and operated stably within91 days.The total nitrogen removal rate reached about 85%,the nitrogen volume removal load was 7.72±1.86 kg N·m-3·d-1,and the relative abundance of the functional bacteria Candidatus Kuenenia is 36.62%.Use different aeration methods to start the Partial Nitrification system.When the ammonia nitrogen concentration in the influent is maintained at about 1000 mg/L,the continuous aeration method can make the accumulation rate of nitrite nitrogen reach 51.49%,the COD removal rate is about 60%,and the functional bacteria relative abundance of the genus Thaurea is31.21%.(2)Under the influence of 0.3% salinity wastewater,the salinity of the effluent of system 1 first decreased to 0.18%,then increased to 0.3%and then decreased to0.2%,and the total nitrogen removal rate expanded from 44.47-98.08%to26.61-97.75%,sludge activity reduced.The average accumulation rate of nitrite nitrogen in the PN1 system decreased from 35.95%to 30.94%,the average removal rate of COD increased from 64.38%to 83.12%,and the relative abundance of the functional bacteria genus Thaurea increased from 28.82%to 32.11%;anaerobic ammonia oxidation The relative abundance of the functional bacteria Candidatus Kuenenia increased from 6.22%to 17.92%.(3)Under the influence of 600 mg/L sulfate wastewater,the average removal rate of sulfate by system 2 was 13.08%,and the total nitrogen removal rate slightly expanded from 44.52-96.58%to 41.64-98.34%.The average accumulation rate of nitrite nitrogen in the PN2 system decreased from 35.37%to 30.47%,the average removal rate of COD increased from 64.81%to 84.36%,and the relative abundance of functional bacteria Thaurea increased from 21.93%to 74.26%;The Anammox function relative abundance of Candidatus Kuenenia increased from 4.45%to8.77%.(4)Under the influence of 0.3% salinity and 600 mg/L sulfate wastewater,the salinity of the effluent of the system 3 first decreased to 0.18%,then increased to 0.3%and then decreased to 0.2%and then increased to 0.28%.The average removal rate of sulfate was 14.57%,the total nitrogen removal rate expanded from 62.31-95.2%to 43.54-96.97%.The average accumulation rate of nitrite nitrogen in the PN3system decreased from 38.43%to 26.14%,the average removal rate of COD increased from 64.69%to 83.72%,and the relative abundance of functional bacteria Thaurea increased from 34.62%to 54.81%;The Anammox system relative abundance of the functional bacteria Candidatus-Kuenenia increased from 5.82%to12.63%.The paper has 44 pictures,9 tables and 165 references. |
