| The application of fishery reclamation technology in coal mining subsidence areas has promoted the development of the aquaculture industry, and the use of antibiotics in the aquaculture industry has increased the pollution of antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs).This paper explored the distribution characteristics of ARGs in fishery reclamation subsidence land, and used metagenomics technology to detect and analyze the relative abundance of ARGs and microbial community structure in fishery reclamation subsidence; The experiment studied the removal effect of sul1 and sul2 in constructed wetland experimental tank under the effect of ferrous chloride, and comprehensively analyzed the removal mechanism of ARGs.A total of 29 ARGs were detected in the study area. The relative abundance of sulfonamide and tetracycline ARGs in sediments was higher, and the relative abundance of multi-drug ARGs in well water was higher. The microbial community structure indicated that the Proteobacteria was the most dominant bacteria in all samples, and the Chloroflexi and Euryarchaeota were more dominant in the sediments. At the genus level,Thiobacillus is the most dominant genus of bacteria in sediments, and Acinetobacter and Pseudomonas are the dominant genus of bacteria in well water.Correlation analysis between ARGs and microorganisms showed that there was a moderate correlation between bacterial genera and ARGs,Acinetobacter and Pseudomonas and other bacterial genera were significantly positively correlated with ARGs,and the distribution of ARGs was greatly influenced by the structure of microbial community. The addition of ferrous chloride increased the removal effect of sul1,but the absolute abundance and relative abundance of sul2 in influent and effluent were increased. The removal of ARGs by constructed wetlands had a weak correlation with conventional pollutants, and was significantly positively correlated with 16 s r RNA.The microbial community structure in the influent and effluent water changed with the amount of ferrous chloride added, which affected the removal of ARGs from the microbial community level;changes in the microbial community structure may affect the horizontal transfer of ARGs,increasing the relative abundance of ARGs.The research reveals the distribution characteristics of ARGs in the fishery reclamation subsidence, enriches the research on the removal of ARGs,and provides a theoretical basis and technical reference for ARGs pollution control. |
