This research takes a photovoltaic company as the research object,expounds the characteristics of the wastewater produced in the industry,and analyzes the source of the wastewater and the characteristics of the main pollutants,and carries out a new classification and treatment of the wastewater,and on this basis,the original The treatment process was optimized and reformed and researched,and the results and conclusions were listed as follows:(1)In terms of slag removal.In view of the problem of increased discharge of slag-containing wastewater and excessive load of the sewage treatment plant after the expansion of the enterprise,by adding a pre-sinking tank in the sewage treatment process,the slag content of the wastewater entering the process can be reduced by30%,which greatly reduces the subsequent treatment The process load also reduces the demand for chemicals and energy in the process.The results of the running test found that the unit consumption of the polyacrylamide agent used in the improved process was reduced from 2.4 kg/t to 2 kg/t,and the unit consumption of electricity was also reduced from the original 2.48 k Wh/t to 2.1 k Wh/t.(2)In terms of oil removal.In view of the implementation of the municipal sewage treatment plant to improve the oil content of the waste water,a new set of oil removal system consisting of a grease trap and an air flotation tank has been added.The operation test results show that the increase of the system can control the oil content of the discharged wastewater below 10mg/L,which fully meets the requirements of the municipal sewage(<15mg/L)treatment plant’s acceptance standard.(3)In the main process.In response to the requirements of the municipal sewage treatment plant on the five indicators of SS,COD,BOD5,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus,combined with the original wastewater treatment process of the enterprise,an aeration device and a sludge thickening tank were added,and the membrane filter was changed to a pressure Filter,so that the external drainage water quality meets the acceptance indicators of municipal sewage treatment plants SS≤200mg/L,COD≤300mg/L,BOD5≤200mg/L,ammonia nitrogen≤37mg/L,total phosphorus≤4 mg/L.Through the addition of the above equipment and the improvement of the process,after 3 months of debugging and operation,the water quality indicators of the external drainage of the enterprise are as follows:p H=6~9,SS≤150 mg/L,COD≤200mg/L,BOD5≤150 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen≤30 mg/L,total phosphorus≤3 mg/L,petroleum≤10 mg/L.The result has achieved the expected effect and can basically meet the acceptance requirements of the municipal wastewater treatment plant.
