The Application Of Visual Elements Of Anshundi Drama In The Design Of Children’s Tableware

Anshun is a prefecture-level city located in the midwest of Guizhou Province.It is known as the "hometown of waterfalls" and the "hometown of Tunbao culture".As a famous tourist city in China,Anshun local opera is an important expression of Anshun’s regional culture,which has formed a cultural system.The collection of aesthetic sensibilities,belief concepts,lifestyle and other aspects as one,has a high artistic value,research value,which enpowered the Anshun local opera a high value of tourism product development.In recent years,the material prosperous,diversified development and the impact of commercialisation have led to the gradual extinction of Anshun local opera,so how to revival the traditional drama is the direction we should study.With the implement of the ’two-child policy’ in China,birth rate of babies has increased dramatically,so has the demand for children’s products.Children’s tableware is an essential tool for children’s diet that plays an important role in their growth.The development of children’s tableware with the regional cultural features of Anshun local opera is of great significance in terms of tourism economy,cultural communication and theoretical research.In this study,after extensive literature review and field investigation,summarizes the modeling characteristics,color language and cultural connotation of Anshun local opera,and the advantages and limitations of tourism souvenirs developed with Anshun local opera cultural elements are analysed.This study adds the visual elements of Anshun local opera into tableware for children aged 6-12,ensuring the basic function of children’s tableware and giving it more regional characteristics and cultural connotations,making the product interesting.Through extensive market research and fieldwork,the study uses a rational approach to locate the target group and product needs,and chooses children’s tableware as the carrier to ensure a rational design,focusing on the function,safety and fun,and develops the "Anshun local opera-Three Kingdoms Series Tableware".Based on the Three Kingdoms characters Liu Bei,Guan Yu and Zhang Fei,the design adds the cultural characteristics of Anshun local opera into the children’s tableware,making it possible for children to learn about the regional ethnic culture during dining process,which is also important for heritage and development of Anshun local opera.
