In this paper,the problem of benzo(α)pyrene residue in linseed oil and the design of linseed oil production plant were further studied.The physical adsorption method was used to remove benzo(α)pyrene in linseed oil.According to the experimental results,the best process method was improved,and a high-quality(low or even zero benzopyrene)linseed oil plant design with a shift output of 5 tons was formed.The main results are as follows:1.The adsorption rates of three adsorbents for benzo(α)pyrene were compared.The results showed that the best removal effect of benzo(α)pyrene in linseed oil was the series treatment of activated clay and activated carbon.2.The optimum conditions for the removal of benzo(α)pyrene from linseed oil by physical adsorption are as follows: the ratio of activated clay and activated carbon in series is 0.8% + 4% of the oil mass.Under these conditions,the removal rate can reach 96%.3.Through the determination of the removal capacity of the three adsorbents,the results show that: when the concentration of benzo(α)pyrene is less than 15μg/kg,activated clay is used for adsorption filtration;when the concentration of benzo(α)pyrene is between 15 μg/kg and 30μg/kg,activated carbon is used for adsorption filtration;when the concentration of benzo(α)pyrene is more than 30μg/kg,series adsorption filtration is used.4.The content of unsaturated fatty acids in linseed oil before and after treatment was identified and analyzed by ultra performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometry combined with NIST standard atlas library.The results showed that the adsorbent did not cause loss of unsaturated fatty acids in linseed oil.5.Aiming at the residual problem caused by benzo(α)pyrene in the process of linseed oil production and processing,in order to ensure the quality and safety of finished oil,a linseed oil plant with 5 tons per shift was designed.A preliminary study on the workshop design and economic benefits is carried out,and a close prediction is made on the equipment selection,material balance and labor quota in the production process.The results show that the design technology of the plant is feasible,which can provide reference for actual production. |
