Rosa laevigata Michx is a wild plant that is widely distributed and rich in resources in Guizhou Province. Its fruit can be used for both edible and medicinal purposes. It is mainly used for soaking wine and refining sugar. The fruit is edible and medicinal. It is mainly used for soaking wine and refining sugar. The Rosa laevigata will produce a large amount of waste pomace during food processing, which will cause environmental pollution. The Rasa laevigata pomace contains ingredients that are beneficial to the human body, especially the unsaturated fatty acid oleic acid and linoleic acid content as high as 81.51%,directly discarding it will also cause a waste of resources.Corn starch is a kind of plant starch extracted from corn, which can react with fatty acid to form fatty acid corn starch inclusion compound. The compound has good application and development prospects in food and medicine industries. At present, the research on fatty acid corn starch inclusion compound mainly focuses on the properties, and there are few reports on their application, especially the research on the adsorption application has not been reported. In view of this, the paper uses fatty acids and corn starch from the waste pomace of Rasa laevigata to prepare inclusion compounds, and optimizes the preparation process;conducts an in-depth study on the adsorption properties of the inclusion compounds on azo dyes, heavy metal ions and drugs. The research can provide new ideas for the application of fatty acid corn starch inclusion compound in adsorption. It can also solve the problem of environmental pollution and realize the recycling and utilization of the waste pomace of Rasa laevigata. The main research content is divided into four parts:The first part is about the study of preparation process of the inclusion compound of fatty acid and corn starch in Rasa laevigata pomace.Using waste Rasa laevigata pomace from the brewery as raw material, the soxhlet method is used to extract the seed oil from Rasa laevigata pomace, the unsaturated fatty acid in the seed oil is purified by the urea inclusion method, and the fatty acid composition is analyzed by GC-MS and determine its content and proportion. The purified fatty acid and corn starch were prepared into compounds according to the HCl/KOH method.Using the adsorption capacity and adsorption rate of Congo red as evaluation index, combined with the number of small pores on the clathrate surface, the inclusion process was optimized by factor experiment and central composite design-response surface methodology. The inclusion compound prepared under optimal conditions was characterized by IR,TG and SEM.In addition, the study compared adsorption performance and properties of different ratios of fatty acid and corn starch inclusion compounds by adjusting the ratio of oleic acid and linoleic acid.Experimental results showed that the total content of oleic acid and linoleic acid in the seed oil after purification by urea inclusion increases to 99.03%,and the ratio of the two unsaturated fatty acids is approximately 1:2.The results of single-factor experiments showed that the adsorption performance of the clathrate is related to the porous structure of its surface and the more small pores on the surface of the clathrate, the better the adsorption effect. The optimal inclusion process was obtained as follows:the mass ratio of corn starch to fatty acid was 10∶1,the p H was 4,the inclusion temperature was 50 ℃,the rotation speed was 1300 r/min,the inclusion time was83.74 min.Under these conditions, the prepared inclusion compound exhibited an adsorption capacity of Congo red of 4.64 mg/g and an adsorption rate of Congo red of92.80%,which were close to the theoretical value. The order of the influence of each factor on the adsorption capacity and adsorption rate of Congo red was: the ratio of materials > the rotation speed > the inclusion time > the inclusion temperature > p H.IR,TG and SEM results indicated that the inclusion compound was successfully formed, and the thermostability of the inclusion compound decreased. There were a number of holes on the surface of the inclusion compound. The adsorption ability and surface porous structure of the inclusion compound prepared under the optimal conditions was the best and the inclusion compound can be used in the following adsorption application researchs. The inclusion compound of different proportions of fatty acid and corn starch has good adsorption effect on Congo red. Those adsorption capacity of Congo red is above 4.5 mg/g and the adsorption rate is over 90%.The experimental results showed that the proportion of fatty acid has little effect on the adsorption effect of the inclusion compound, and the thermal stability of the inclusion compound is lower than that of corn starch. The research can provide new ideas for the recycling of Rasa laevigata pomace and other pomace containing oleic acid and linoleic acid and can also provide a theoretical basis for the preparation of fatty acid corn starch inclusion complexes in adsorption applications. In the second part, the adsorption process of the fatty acid and corn starch inclusion compound in the Rasa laevigata pomace to adsorb Congo red was studied.Using the adsorption time, the dosage of the inclusion compound and the initial concentration of Congo red as the inspection factors and using the adsorption capacity and adsorption rate of Congo red as evaluation index, the adsorption conditions of Congo red were optimized by central composite design-response surface methodology. The experimental results showed that, with the increase of the adsorption time, the adsorption amount and adsorption rate of the inclusion compound on Congo red gradually increase, and the adsorption equilibrium is reached after a certain time;with the increase of the dosage, the adsorption amount gradually decreases, and the adsorption rate gradually increase and reach equilibrium;as the initial concentration of Congo red increases, the adsorption rate continues to decrease, and the adsorption amount first increases and then tends to equilibrium. The results showed that the optimal adsorption process was obtained as follows: the adsorption time was 41.23 min,the dosage was 1.03 g,and the initial concentration was 101.05 mg/L.Under these conditions, the inclusion compound exhibited an adsorption capacity of 4.79mg/g and an adsorption rate of 97.58%,which were close to the theoretical value. The order of the influence of each factor on the adsorption capacity and adsorption rate of Congo red was: the dosage> the initial concentration> the adsorption time. The research can provide a theoretical basis for the application of fatty acid and corn starch inclusion compound in the adsorption of azo dyes.In the third part, the adsorption process of the fatty acid and corn starch inclusion compound in the Rasa laevigata pomace to adsorb arsenic ions was studied.Using the adsorption time, the dosage of the inclusion compound and the initial concentration of arsenic ions as the inspection factors and using the adsorption capacity and adsorption rate of arsenic ions as evaluation index, the adsorption conditions of arsenic ions were optimized by central composite design-response surface methodology. The experimental results showed that the optimal adsorption process of arsenic ions was obtained as follows: the adsorption time was 6.42 h,the dosage was 0.1 g,the initial concentration was 9.49 mg/L.Under these conditions, the inclusion compound exhibited an adsorption capacity of 1.22 mg/g and an adsorption rate of 25.71 %,which were close to the theoretical value. The order of the influence of each factor on the adsorption capacity of arsenic ions was: the dosage>the initial concentration>the adsorption time. The order of the influence of each factor on the adsorption rate of arsenic ions was: the initial concentration> the dosage> the adsorption time. The research can provide a theoretical basis for the application of fatty acid corn starch inclusion compound in the adsorption of heavy metal ions.In the fourth part, the adsorption process and sustained release of the inclusion compound to adsorb isoniazid were studied.Using the adsorption time, the dosage of the inclusion compound and the initial concentration of isoniazid as the inspection factors and using the adsorption capacity and adsorption rate of isoniazid as evaluation index, the adsorption conditions of isoniazid were optimized by central composite design-response surface methodology and placed in an environment simulating human intestinal fluid to sustained release. The experimental results showed that the optimal adsorption process of isoniazid was obtained as follows: the adsorption time was 4.57 h,the dosage was 0.1 g,and the initial concentration was84.79 mg/L.Under these conditions, the inclusion compound exhibited an adsorption capacity of 3.87 mg/g and an adsorption rate of 9.13%,which were close to the theoretical value. The order of the influence of each factor on the adsorption capacity of isoniazid was: the dosage> the adsorption time> the initial concentration. The order of the influence of each factor on the adsorption rate of isoniazid was: the initial concentration> the dosage> the adsorption time. The results of sustained-release experiments show that the pure isoniazid drug was released in 90 minutes, and the inclusion compound after adsorption of isoniazid was released in 140 minutes, and the release process is relatively slow. The adsorption of isoniazid in the fatty acid corn starch inclusion compound can prolong the release time of isoniazid in the environment of human intestinal juice, thereby improving the utilization value of the drug.
