Electronic products are currently in an era of rapid renewal and iteration.The number of electronic products owned per capita is increasing,leading to a sharp increase in the number of waste electronic products.According to statistics,in 2018,domestic scrapped electrical and electronic products reached 5.73 million tons.In 2019,domestic scrapped electrical and electronic products reached 10.13 million tons,while the recycling volume was only 1.546 million tons,and the recycling rate was less than 15.3%.Although domestic waste electronic product recycling industry is gradually standardized,and a number of Internet + recycling companies have emerged,the recycling of waste electronic products in our country is still in its infancy.On the one hand,there is a lack of infrastructure construction and planning for the recycling system.On the other hand,the existing recycling process also has problems such as information asymmetry and low recycling efficiency.Therefore,how to intelligently analyze the recycling system and recycling process to realize the recycling of waste electrical and electronic products the rational use of resources,while ensuring the information interaction of each link in the recycling process,so as to improve recycling efficiency and reduce recycling costs,is an urgent problem to be solved.In view of the current status of recycling of waste electronic products,this article intelligently analyzes the location of the sorting center in the construction of the recycling system and the supply of dismantling companies in the recycling process.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The location of the sorting center based on the two-level planning model.First,combine the hierarchical analysis method to analyze the relationship between the recycling and supply of waste electronic products in the sorting center,and consider the environmental damage costs in the logistics and distribution of waste electronic products,the probability of regional waste electronic product recovery,construction costs,and transportation costs.The cost of the site,with the minimum total cost of the location of the sorting center as the objective function,a two-level planning model is established to provide a reference for the optimization of the subsequent recycling process.(2)Dismantling enterprise intelligent supply based on the bilateral matching model.Considering the bilateral satisfaction under the mixed multi-index evaluation system,a mixed multi-index bilateral matching strategy based on random preference order is proposed.Calculate the satisfaction matrix of both parties through the index evaluation system,so as to establish a multi-objective optimization model and solve it to obtain the matching result.The matching method of random preference order weight distribution realizes the rational matching of the long-term supply relationship preferences between the sorting center and the dismantling enterprise,and also improves the matching efficiency of the sorting center.(3)Encapsulation and interface realization of the model.On the basis of theoretical research,based on the python development language,the Django framework,the hypertext transfer protocol(HTTP communication format),and the JSON format encoding,the two-tier planning location model of the sorting center and the dismantling of the bilateral matching supply model of the enterprise are completed.Encapsulation and application program interface implementation,in order to realize the model’s cloud server deployment and system call.
