| Pervious concrete not only has excellent water permeability,but also has excellent air permeability,which plays a considerable role in supplementing groundwater resources.In addition,it can also reduce noise,absorb heat,purify sewage,etc,which is an important part of human life.However,because the strength of pervious concrete is not high,its application range is limited.Therefore,on the basis of mixing pervious concrete with basalt fiber and polypropylene fiber with enhanced toughness and crack resistance,through different preparation technology and changing fiber types,lengths and dosages,many effective tests have been carried out,and comparative analysis has been carried out.Based on the strength and water permeability of pervious concrete,it is concluded that the basalt-polypropylene hybrid fiber has a great influence on the mechanical properties and water permeability of pervious concrete,in order to provide certain reference opinions for improving its use value.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Using the mixed preparation technology,the dispersion effect of basalt fiber in the pervious concrete is the best,the compressive strength of the pervious concrete is obviously increased,and the effective porosity and water permeability coefficient decrease the least.(2)The incorporation of basalt fiber reduces the effective porosity and water permeability of the pervious concrete,and enhances the compressive strength and flexural strength.When the fiber length is 12 mm and the volume content is 0.1%,the compressive strength and flexural strength of the pervious concrete are the largest,which are 27.4 MPa and 4.07 MPa,respectively.Based on the experimental data of basalt fiber pervious concrete,the regression equation of the influence of different basalt fiber length and basalt fiber content on the performance of pervious concrete is obtained by fitting.(3)When the total volume of basalt-polypropylene hybrid fiber is 0.1%,the polypropylene fiber will replace the basalt fiber in the same volume at a certain mixing ratio.The effective porosity,water permeability,compressive strength and flexural strength of the pervious concrete are all equal.There is a strengthening effect.When the length of polypropylene fiber is 12 mm and the mixing ratio is 1:1,the effective porosity,water permeability,compressive strength and flexural strength of pervious concrete are the largest,respectively 16.7%,3.15 mm/s,30.2 MPa,4.57 MPa.Based on the experimental data of basalt-polypropylene hybrid fiber pervious concrete,the regression equation of the influence of different polypropylene fiber length and mixing ratio on the performance of pervious concrete is obtained by fitting.(4)The improvement effect of basalt-polypropylene hybrid fiber on the mechanical properties and water permeability of pervious concrete is greater than that of basalt fiber. |
