| There are many kinds of bamboo and they are widely distributed. They have the advantages of rapid growth, high strength, strong toughness and environmental protection, and are one of the excellent renewable biological resources.Taking bamboo as the research object, this paper studied the unique multilayer structure of the cell wall of bamboo and the changes of chemical composition distribution in different periods and different parts, and characterized the extracted bamboo fibers.In-depth study of cell wall structure is helpful to understand the growth mechanism of bamboo.In-depth study on the chemical composition distribution of different parts of bamboos in different periods is helpful to understand the cellulose content in different periods and parts of bamboos,so as to determine the development and utilization value. In this paper, the extracted bamboo cellulose was characterized and its excellent properties were discussed.(1)the newly formed bamboo in chongyi, jiangxi province in 2019 was collected as the research object, the representative bamboo rod middle(middle)was selected as the raw material and soaked in 10% ~ 30% hydrofluoric acid solution to soften it,the sections were cut along the transverse and diametral sections to make samples, and the cell wall structure was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).We know that phyllostys edulis is mainly composed of vascular bundles and basic tissues.Around the vascular bundle of Bamboo is the fiber cap, which is formed by the aggregation of fiber cells into bundles. The average diameter is 5.4um,and it is.the main source of the mechanical strength of bamboo. The basic tissue is composed of parenchyma cells.A typical parenchyma cell with an average diameter of 16.4 um.(2)Samples were collected five months after forming, the test material was cut into thin slices with a knife, the samples were evenly dried and then ground. The variation of eight kinds of content in bamboo with time was analyzed by referring to the test method of Chinese standard "Analysis and Detection of Pulping and Papermaking".We know that the relative content of cellulose decreases over time, the polypentose remains essentially unchanged, the ash content decreases, and the extraction content of lignin and benzenol increases.(3)The crystal structure of young bamboo was analyzed by X-ray diffraction.(3)The crystal structure of young Phyllostachys pubescens was analyzed by X-ray diffraction. The crystal structure parameters showed that the crystallinity of cellulose in bamboo was the highest, and the crystallinity basically reached the maximum value of 69.61% after 13 weeks. |
