| On the one hand,the textile printing and dyeing industry has achieved considerable economic benefits,but at the same time it has produced tons of polluted wastewater.The simple biological method can not meet the treatment requirements of wastewater,and the capital investment is relatively high.Through the combined application of micro-electrolytic fillers and ozone,the creative combination forms an ozone/micro-electrolysis treatment process,which more effectively utilizes the advantages of internal electrolysis and synergy with ozone.In order to achieve the standard discharge of printing and dyeing wastewater,we studied the treatment efficiency of different ozone/microelectrolysis coupling methods for dye wastewater,and the chemical reaction principle of the system,and explored and optimized two main process parameters.Firstly,through the comparison of three ozone and micro-electrolysis methods,we found that the processing efficiency of OIE process is much higher than O3+IE and IE+O3,not only lower operating cost,but also faster reaction rate.When the processing effect is the same,the OIE process takes twice as long as O3+IE and IE+O3.In addition,the OIE process can reasonably control the concentration of aniline formed in wastewater,maintain a low level of biotoxicity,and achieve clean and environmentally friendly azo dye wastewater.When the OIE process is used to treat the activated azo dye activity simulated wastewater,the COD concentration of the influent solution is 150 mg/L,which achieves high effect in one hour,and the chroma of the solution drops to about 30 times,COD Processing efficiency reaches 60%.Second,the OIE system integrates a complex system of ozone and zero-valent iron.Its mechanism of action includes ozone oxidation,iron-carbon microelectrolysis and catalytic ozonation of iron.The system is capable of generating more free radicals and has a strong oxidizing power.Among them,the decolorization of the dye is mainly the oxidation of ozone,and the mutual promotion of various functions in the coupled system greatly improves the removal rate of the organic matter.Finally,the optimization of the operating parameters of OIE process shows that the optimal parameters for the treatment of reactive azo dye wastewater by OIE process are:the initial concentration of COD is less than 150mg/L,and the pH range is between 6-9.In summary,firstly,the OIE process can effectively remove the chroma and organic matter in the wastewater,an excellent advanced treatment process for the treatment of reactive azo dye wastewater;secondly,the use of new filling materials greatly relieves the hardening of the materials The problem,the coupling of ozone and micro-electrolysis also greatly reduces the consumption rate of micro-electrolysis fillers.The actual treatment efficiency of printing and dyeing wastewater shows that the process has a strong value for popularization and application. |
