With the gradual development of my country’s chemical industry,the overall economic situation of my country has been improved,and the total economic volume of China has been greatly increased.However,at the same time,many chemical accidents with serious consequences have occurred,which caused very bad effects.Therefore,a reasonable and comprehensive chemical safety assessment method has become a technical means that can effectively prevent chemical accidents,prevent problems before they occur,and stifle hidden dangers in the cradle.How to comprehensively analyze the content of chemical safety,get accurate and reliable assessment results,and put forward high-practical safety recommendations,is the focus of this article.The work done in this article is as follows:(1)Analyze the characteristics of chemical accidents,and based on these characteristics,combine industry general safety assessment content and chemical industry specific safety assessment content to establish a complete assessment system,including 2 levels,4 dimensions,9 first-level indicators and30 secondary indicators.Through the establishment of a complete evaluation system,the object layer structure of complex network modeling is clarified,and it also provides a source of data input for complex network modeling.(2)Combining the characteristics of extension theory and analytic hierarchy process,the improved extension analytic hierarchy process is proposed to be used as the weight analysis method of the evaluation elements in the safety evaluation system of this paper.For a specific set of catalytic refining facilities of a Sinopec company,real data collection and analysis were carried out,and the data content was processed through the extension analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight part of the evaluation system and the safety level of the overall chemical system.The calculated factor weights are sorted,and the equipment settings and process conditions that have significant influence are selected as the complex network modeling objects.(3)Analyzed the complex characteristics of the selected modeling objects and the degree of network fit,and established the corresponding complex network topology through the complex network modeling method.By analyzing the topological structure of the chemical complex network,the network was calculated by Page Rank.The importance of nodes and extension analytic hierarchy process are used to calculate the importance of connected edges,and the important parts of the overall chemical system are obtained,and safety measures are proposed.(4)The whole set of evaluation methods comprehensively and in-depth evaluate the safety degree of the evaluation object from surface to point,from whole to part,and propose corresponding improvement measures.Compared with traditional evaluation methods that rely too much on the subjective experience of operators,the set of evaluation methods proposed in this article are more objective and specific,concrete and numerically abstract and nonspecific evaluation content,and the resulting evaluation results are reliable and accurate.The higher the degree,the more practical application significance.
