| In recent years,the refractory industry has developed well and orders have continued.However,with the social progress and the improvement of people’s living standards,more and more people are unwilling to engage in front-line work in the refractory industry,which has seriously conflicted with the interests of enterprises.In the context of the state’s encouragement of new and old kinetic energy conversion in various industries,improving the automation level of production in the refractory industry has also been put on the agenda.Domestic refractory manufacturers are seeking to transform their own industrial structure to ensure a new round of competition leading.At present,The level of automation in refractory brick sorting is very poor.This article analyzes the work tasks of the refractory brick sorting link to find out the problems that the refractory brick sorting system needs to solve.This article focuses on two issues,namely the dismantling of refractory brick stacks and the measurement of refractory brick sizes.Because the position of refractory bricks changes during sintering and transportation,it is necessary to position the refractory bricks.The purpose of dimensional measurement of refractory brick products is to ensure the quality of refractory brick products.This paper uses machine vision technology to identify the position of the target object,and also uses machine vision technology to measure the thickness of the refractory brick.First of all,this project made a reasonable selection of camera,lens and light source according to the project requirements.The refractory brick image is then subjected to smoothing processing,edge extraction,Huff line detection,and so on.Refractory brick image smoothing operators mainly include mean filtering,median filtering,and Gaussian filtering.The edge extraction operators include Sobel,Roberts,prewitt,and Canny operators.In this paper,Canny operator is used for edge extraction,and the sub-pixel edges of the refractory brick image are extracted.Then use Hough operator to perform straight line detection on the edge of the refractory brick.Finally,the paper carried out relevant experiments on the position detection and size measurement of refractory bricks,and the experimental results proved the correctness of the research method in this paper. |
