The global warming caused by increasing of CO2 concentration is a major obstacle to the survival and development of human beings now.As the gathering place of industrial development,cities contribute to the major global carbon emissions.Urban green plants are important parts of reducing urban CO2 and improving urban ecological environment.Reasonable selection of plant species can effectively reduce urban CO2 concentration and improve the urban environment.The specific methodology were choosing the Changhong Park,the Water Park,Tianjin University campus and the Nankai University campus as the research sample plots,screening the representative arbors that were growing well and without pruning,difference of arbors and has a specification.Measuring arbors’ diameter at breast height,height,crown diameter,leaf area index and photosynthetic rate.The whole arbor’s carbon sequestration was obtained by using the assimilation method,and the biomass method was used to calculate the carbon storage in arbors.Then,the correlation between DBH,leaf area index,photosynthetic rate and daily carbon sequestration of the whole plant as well as the correlation between DBH,height and carbon storage were studied to determine the influence degree of each factor on carbon sequestration benefit of the arbors.And the cluster analysis was used to establish different carbon sequestration levels for each arbor,comprehensively evaluating the carbon sequestration differences of various trees,and determining the arbors suitable for planting in Tianjin urban green space with high carbon sequestration benefits.Finally,a model with a certain scope of application was established for each arbor,and the carbon sequestration benefits of arbor could be calculated and predicted through the models.Based on the models and field survey data as the main data foundation,an application platform for querying the carbon sequestration benefits of arbors could be established by using the Dreamweaver,which explored specific methods for transforming the research results into guiding practice.Papers on the arbors of Tianjin urban green space law of carbon sequestration and carbon sequestration benefits are analyzed,finally selected with high carbon sequestration benefits and adapt to the Tianjin urban environment of the arbors.The application platform preliminary implementation explored arbors carbon sequestration benefits the study of theory to guide practice,in order to build good carbon sequestration benefits of urban environment to provide the reference.
