Preparation Of 75% Tricyclazole DF And Its Applied Research In UAV Plant Protection

Rice blast is one of the three major diseases in rice growth in China.It often leads to a reduction in rice production or even a complete harvest.It is necessary to pay more attention to the control of rice blast.In order to solve the problem of blocking drone nozzles in the 75% tricyclazole wettable powder(WP)used in the control of rice blast by the UAV(unmanned aerial vehicle).In this paper,according to the technical requirements of the pesticide formulations in flight prevention operations,combined with the analysis of the reasons that traditional dosage forms such as wettable powde(WP)and suspending concentrate(SC)are prone to block drone nozzles,taking advantage of the dry flowable(DF),it is proposed to register tricyclazole as 75 % wettable powde(WP),prepared as a 75% dry flowable(DF).It will be applied to the study of blast control in the field of flying blast control,so that tricyclazole,an excellent cost-effective and durable component,can continue to be promoted and applied under the new fly blast application method..The main research is as follows:The current high-molecular,water-soluble dispersants such as lignin and polycarboxylate dispersants and other new surfactants were used as screening materials.The main types and dosage of 75% tricyclazole dry flowable(DF)additives were selected and determined by flow point method,surface tension test method,zeta potential method,laser particle size method and viscosity curve method.The optimum formula composition was determined as follows: tricyclazole 75%(TC,97%),morwet EFW 2%,sp-df222 8%,reax 85 A 4%,potassium sulfate 2%,adhesive polyvinylpyrrolidone 0.1%,organosilicon defoamer 0.1%,disodium EDTA 0.3% 1%citric acid monohydrate,diatomite(about 5%)to 100%.According to the best formula,75% tricyclazole dry flowable(DF)products were prepared according to the wet crushing and high tower spray drying granulation technology.The effective components of 75% tricyclazole dry flowable(DF)were determined by HPLC.The chromatographic analysis conditions were as follows: mobile phase was methanol and water(70:30,v/v),flow rate: 1.0m L/min,column temperature 30 ℃,detection wavelength 250 nm.Other quality indexes of tricyclazole were measured according to the corresponding determination methods.The results showed that all indexes of 75%tricyclazole dry flowable(DF)met the quality requirements of GB20701-2006 standard.The control of rice blast with 20-25 g 75% tricyclazole dry flowable(DF)was carried out in Jiangsu Province,the results showed that 75% tricyclazole dry flowable(DF)with fine particle size,good fluidity,convenient dispensing,high suspension rate,no clogging of spray head,and resistant storage.The control efficacy was over 80%,and the comprehensive effect was significantly better than the contrast dosage form.It was still safe for rice under high concentration of fly control liquid.It was feasible to prepare 75% tricyclazole dry flowable(DF)and applied it to fly control of rice blast.It not only can make fly control work smoothly,but also can obviously improve the control effect on rice blast.It is worth popularizing and applying.
