With the continuous development of science and technology,the informatization level of the whole society is improving rapidly,people’s life gradually tends to informatization,and social activities are constantly moving towards the direction of digital and Internet.At the same time,people’s demand for electronic products is increasing,and the upgrading of electronic products is also accelerating,which eventually leads to a substantial increase in the number of discarded electronic products.Most of the discarded electronic products are not well recycled and utilized,which makes China one of the "global e-waste sites".In fact,the circuit boards and chips in many waste electronic products are still in good condition and can be reused.If the waste PCB chips can be recycled,it can reduce the production of industrial waste and protect the environment;It can also turn waste into treasure and save resources..To this end,the state has issued a number of policies and regulations to alleviate the waste of resources.More importantly,it can solve the pollution problem caused by waste electronic products and promote the transformation of electronic information industry to green,energy-saving and environmental protection industry.Nowadays,most of the circuit boards in China still rely on manual disassembly.Even if semi-automatic disassembly process is used in some places,manual operation is still needed in important links such as the screening of recyclable components.Therefore,the research and design of more efficient,more accurate automated disassembly system and the formation of assembly line is the inevitable direction of research in this field.In order to ensure the appearance and performance of the removed chip in the waste circuit board is intact,the problem of precise positioning and precise disassembly must be solved,which inevitably involves the application of PLC and Machine vision.This paper focuses on the design of the chip disassembly system of waste printed circuit board,puts forward a design method of the control system of the chip disassembly line of waste printed circuit board based on PLC,analyzes the composition structure and control system of the chip disassembly system of waste printed circuit board,and carries out the installation and test of the prototype in Changzhou ruilaibo Automation Co.,Ltd.The experimental results show that the design of the system is reasonable,and the disassembly process is fully automated.It can adapt to different PCB types and chip sizes,and cut neatly,which basically meets the requirements of the assembly line.The main research work of this project includes:1.The structure of circuit board chip recovery system is designed and analyzed.Ensure the integrity and reliability of the structure design,ensure that the pipeline can run correctly.2.According to the current situation of the domestic electronic information industry,the hardware system and software architecture of the pipeline are designed according to the positioning requirements of the abandoned circuit board components.Hardware system to ensure compliance with software system control principle and control process.3.The hardware selection and wiring of the control system are carried out according to the hardware architecture,and different control motors and electrical components are selected according to the overall motion process of the waste circuit board chip disassembly system,and the wiring methods are introduced.The designed structure is further optimized.4.Based on the design scheme of the system structure,the control system of the chip disassembly system of the abandoned circuit board is first designed,and the main instructions are introduced.Then the control algorithm of chip disassembly system of waste circuit board is analyzed,including size detection,machine vision detection and positioning algorithm.Then introduced the monitoring software design part,in view of the waste circuit board chip disassembly system work demand,first designed the overall function scheme of the monitoring software,and then analyzed each function of the monitoring software,including monitoring and operation function,separate debugging and parameter input function,realize the user intelligent visualization operation.5.In order to verify the feasibility of the proposed design scheme of waste circuit board chip disassembly system,the system performance of the prototype is tested.The test results confirm that the recovery scheme meets the design requirements.
