| Porous polymers with rich pore structure and high specific surface area,and different structure can also be synthesized by a variety of methods.The studies show that the porous carbon materials derived from the carbonization of porous polymers have the advantages of adjustable pore size,large specific surface area,good stability and high carbon content,which have great potential in the field of energy storage,and are a kind of important electrode materials.In this paper,three kinds of porous polymers were synthesized as precursors,and the electrode material is prepared by a one-step carbonization method,the structure characterization and electrochemical performance analysis and comparison of porous carbon prepared under different carbonization temperatures and activation ratios were carried out.This article mainly does the following work:(1)Preparation of porous polymers from Phenol and Formaldehyde,referred to as POC,a one-step carbonization activation method was used to obtain porous carbon POC-T-y,the effects of different carbonization temperatures and KOH concentrations on the specific surface area,pore size distribution and electrochemical performance of the material were investigated,analyzed and studied the changes in the microstructure,and selected the porous carbon POC-800-1:2 with the best electrochemical performance:current density is1.0 A g-1,specific capacitance is 255.6 F g-1;current density is 1.0 A g-1,after 5000 cycles of charging and discharging,the specific capacitance retention rate is as high as 97.3%.(2)Preparation of porous polymers from Hydroquinone and Formaldehyde,referred to as PTC,a one-step carbonization activation method was used to obtain porous carbon PTC-T-y,the effects of different carbonization temperatures and KOH concentrations on the specific surface area,pore size distribution and electrochemical performance of the material were investigated,analyzed and studied the changes in the microstructure,and selected the porous carbon PTC-800-1:3 with the best electrochemical performance:the current density is 1.0 A g-1,the specific capacitance is 287.2 F g-1;the current density is 1.0 A g-1,after 5000cycles of charging and discharging,the specific capacitance retention rate is as high as98.5%.(3)Preparation of porous polymers from Cyanuric chloride and Piperazine,referred to as PSC,porous carbon PSC-T was prepared by one-step carbonization method,the effects of different carbonization temperatures on the specific surface area,pore size distribution and electrochemical properties of the materials were analyzed,and the changes of microstructure were studied,select the porous carbon PSC-750 with the best electrochemical performance:the current density is 1.0 A g-1,the specific capacitance is190.1 F g-1;the current density is 1.0 A g-1,after 5000 cycles after charging and discharging,the specific capacitance retention rate is as high as 90%. |
