The colors of colored ceramics are either simple and elegant,or the“purple and thousands of red”of bright and beautiful ceramics.From sky blue,pink green to red,red,from the elegance of blue and white porcelain to the eye-catching famille rose,all of them show the amazingness of colored ceramics.Artistic creativity.In recent years,with the improvement of people’s living standards,people’s demand for decorations,especially mobile phone back panels,dials,etc.,has gradually increased.Therefore,new requirements have been put forward for the raw materials,technology,performance,and color of colored ceramics.At present,colored zirconia ceramics can no longer meet the increasing individual needs of the public in some areas,for example:due to its high dielectric constant,it cannot well meet the requirements of high-end 5G smart wearable powders;zirconia The ceramic powder itself is relatively hard,which is not conducive to subsequent production and processing;the relative density of zirconia ceramics is relatively large,and its own weight is relatively large,which cannot meet the public’s requirements for lightweight wearable products.This article mainly conducts experimental research on blue ceramics and green ceramics.Traditional blue ceramics are usually prepared using cobalt-aluminum spinel as a color developer,but the large amount of Co raw materials used in the preparation process brings some problems such as high energy consumption and high production costs;at the same time,most blue ceramics are used Zirconia is used as a ceramic matrix,which makes secondary processing more difficult,which is not conducive to the practical application and development of blue ceramics.In order to reduce the production cost of blue ceramics and meet the national call for energy conservation and emission reduction,it is urgent to develop a blue ceramic that does not reduce blue saturation and has excellent performance.In the experiment,nickel oxide and titanium oxide were co-doped in calcium hexaaluminate ceramics,and a series of blue ceramics with different chromaticity values were prepared through different doping concentrations.In the prepared ceramics,Ca Al10.4Ni0.8Ti0.8O19’s L*,a*,and b*values of the ceramic sample reached 39.75,-3.32,-36.43.The blue ceramic has a full color and good brightness;in terms of mechanical properties,the hardness of the sample has reached 8.0GPa or more,and the fracture toughness is 5.6MPa·m1/2 or more,where x=0.8,the hardness and fracture toughness are 8.1GPa and 5.8 MPa·m1/2,respectively,with good mechanical properties.There is little development of green ceramics,and the prepared green ceramics have low chromaticity value,not bright enough,uneven color rendering,the used pigments have certain toxicity,and the process is difficult to form.The preparation process is complicated;this experiment uses nano-lanthanum oxide,Aluminum hydroxide,nickel oxide,and titanium oxide are used as raw materials to prepare ceramic samples with high color saturation and good mechanical properties by high-temperature solid phase method.Among them,the Vickers hardness of sample 2 is 8.92GPa,a*The value is-19.69,but the fracture toughness of green ceramics is relatively low at about 3.5MPa·m1/2,and a certain degree of reinforcement is needed.In the experiment,Raman spectroscopy was used to detect and analyze the surface of ceramic samples.The application of Raman spectroscopy broadened the characterization methods of ceramic samples.The color rendering mechanism of ceramics has always been an important research topic for researchers,mainly including ion color rendering principle,multiphase color rendering principle and color center principle.In this experiment,the color development of blue ceramics was attributed to the substitution of Ni2+to produce dd transitions,which caused energy changes in the samples,resulting in the ceramic samples showing a highly saturated blue;in the green ceramic samples,the phase of nickel-aluminum spinel was formed.The phase with nickel titanate is the key factor for the green appearance of ceramic samples.The color development of green ceramics can be attributed to the principle of multiphase color development。...
