In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the concentration measurement of high-concentration dust.Using optical principles is its main method of the concentration measurement.This paper addresses the problems of insufficient measurement research and lack of instruments for high-concentration dust,and conducts research on measurement methods and instrument design.By combining light scattering method with light transmission method in the field of optical measurement,the particle size and mass concentration information contained in the scattered light is used to compensate the concentration solution of light transmission method.According to this method development designed a double laser as light source,combined with lateral optical signal acquisition,prior to measuring instruments,with the ARM chip as the core processor on the instrument design of photoelectric conversion and data acquisition circuit,CC1101 wireless chip as the core design of the circuit based on 433 MHZ wireless communication transmission,remote real-time measurement is realized.The characteristics of light scattering and light transmission in high concentration clouds with single particle size were studied,and the concentration of high concentration clouds with complex particle size was calculated by light transmission method based on the compensation of light scattering method.In this paper,the research contents and results improve the research in the field of high concentration of cloud and mist concentration measurement,the high concentration of measuring a variety of granular mixtures under complicated environment mist concentration provides certain theoretical guidance,measurement accuracy reached more than95%,measurement range reached 0-100-g/m after,realize the real time measurement,the measurement data remote transmission,and other functions.The development of this kind of measuring equipment also has exploration significance.
