| Watershed is a unique ecological system unit and an important support for human production and life.Watershed ecological civilization construction is one of the important ways to realize the overall situation of ecological civilization construction.It is an important form of regional development and an important way to develop regional economy to control and develop ecological space with the basin as a unit,give full play to regional advantages,maintain the characteristics of the basin and formulate regional development strategies,directions and objectives according to local conditions.Baiyangdian river basin is located in the population density,It is bigger and the economy more developed of the BeijingTianjin-Hebei region.It also is the capital city of Beijing in the southern ecological barriers and the male An Xin ecological background,it is necessary to carry out the ecological and environmental risk management in a river basin.Baiyangdian river basin is analyzed on the basis of environmental situation,proposed targeted measures and supervision system.Baiyangdian river basin is green and sustainable development.The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is an important national measure and strategy to promote balanced development among regions in the new period of socialist construction in China,especially the establishment and construction of Xiongan New Area,which is conducive to promoting coordinated regional development and makes ecological risk assessment of Baiyangdian river basin of greater significance.Based on the theory of ecological risk assessment,this paper evaluates the ecological environment risk of Baiyangdian river basin according to the ideas of risk identification,risk assessment and risk control.First of all,on the premise of clarifying the ecological environment related background of Baiyangdian river basin,combined with the ecological environment risk theory,the risk sources of the basin were analyzed in detail,and the performance of the ecological environment risk was elaborated in detail from the aspects of environment and economy,and finally the causes of the risk were analyzed.Secondly,in the part of risk assessment,this paper based on the theory of environmental risk system,strictly follow the systematic,scientific nature and operability index selection principle,from the dangers of risk source,risk receptor is weak and the effectiveness of the control mechanism in three aspects,by using the DPSIR model constructed Baiyangdian river basin ecological risk evaluation index system,selection of population density,annual average temperature,annual rainfall,the third industry share of GDP,environmental protection into 19 indexes,through the comprehensive evaluation index method to complete the Baiyangdian river basin ecological risk evaluation index to measure,The calculation results are analyzed from five aspects:driving force layer,pressure layer,state layer,influence layer and response layer.Finally,in the link of risk control,based on the above analysis results,the spatial and temporal analysis of ecological risk in Baiyangdian river basin and the key driving factors of ecological risk were explored through geographic detector.The results show that the ecological and environmental risk of Baiyangdian river basin is at the middle level and has a certain upward trend,and the environmental risk is still not optimistic.In 2000,2005,2010,2015 and 2018,the mean value of the comprehensive ecological risk assessment in Baiyangdian river basin was 0.4766.Fengtai District,Xinle City,Jingxiu District Lianchi District,Rongcheng County and other areas were at a higher level of ecological risk,and there was a significant positive spatial correlation among all areas in the Baiyangdian river basin.According to the analysis of geodetector,the most critical index factor in the driving force layer is the average annual temperature of internal factors in the ecosystem.The key index factor in the pressure layer is the population density factor from the population pressure.In the state layer,the factor that can best represent the state of ecological environment is the biological abundance index.In the influencing layer,the factors that have a greater impact on the ecological risk are the forest coverage rate.The most critical factor in the response layer is environmental input.Based on the analysis results,five suggestions are drawn as follows:(1)Give full play to spatial autocorrelation and realize the coordinated development of regional ecology;(2)Increase investment in environmental protection funds and expand vegetation coverage;(3)Appropriate development of resources and reasonable distribution of population density;(4)Increase investment in environmental protection funds and expand vegetation coverage;(5)Accelerate enterprise transformation and reduce environmental pollution. |
