| Erhai Lake is the second largest plateau fresh water lake in Yunnan Province.It is the foundation of sustainable development of social economy in the whole Erhai River Basin and Dali Prefecture.At present,it is in the primary stage of eutrophication.In addition to conventional pollution,estrogen pollution,a new organic pollutant with endocrine interference effect,can not be ignored.The purpose of this paper is to establish an analytical method for rapid batch determination of typical estrogens in water,and to clarify the pollution status of estrogens in Erhai water,as well as the concentration characteristics and removal efficiency of estrogens in surrounding sewage treatment plants.The temperature rising program of chromatographic column,solid-phase extraction and derivatization conditions were optimized.The analytical methods of Six Estrogens in water,such as estrone(E1),17α-estradiol(α-E2),17β-estradiol(β-E2),estriol(E3),17α-ethynylestradiol(EE2),bisphenol A(BPA),were established Law.The optimum temperature rising procedure of chromatographic column is:initial temperature 50℃,hold for 2 min;rise to 260℃at the rate of 20℃/min,hold for 5 min;finally rise to 280℃at the rate of 10℃/min,hold for 5 min.Under the conditions of HC-C18 extraction column,adding BSTFA(containing 1%TMCS)+pyridine as derivatization reagent and microwave 315W derivatization heating for 4 min,the correlation coefficients of six kinds of target curve were all greater than 0.999,the linear range of BPA,E1,EE2 and E3 was3-300ng/L,the linear range of 17α-E2 and 17β-E2 was 5-300 ng/L,the detection limit of the method was 2.0-5.0ng/L,and the recovery rate of standard addition was 76.45%-96.24%.The spatial distribution of typical estrogens in Erhai Lake and the characteristics of their dry and wet concentrations were studied.17β-E2 was not detected in 17 water quality monitoring points of Erhai Lake,and the detection rate of the other five estrogens was 100%;the concentration range of BPA in 17 water quality monitoring points of Erhai Lake was7.22-61.97ng/L,E1 was 7.04-314.65ng/L,17α-E2 was 3.05-10.05ng/L,EE2 was 4.32-34.04ng/L,E3 was 8.94-230.37ng/L,indicating that Erhai Lake water had been polluted After exposure to a certain level of estrogen pollution.The average value ofΣ5Es content in Erhai Lake in low water period is 130.97ng/L,which is higher than 40.52ng/L in high water period,and the concentration ofΣ5Es in 15 sites in low water period is higher than that in high water period.The results of routine water quality index test showed that the concentration of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in the northern waters of Erhai Lake was significantly higher than that in other areas;the overall water quality was in the range of class II to class III water standards.The removal effect of three kinds of wastewater treatment processes on typical estrogen was studied.The removal efficiency of oxidation ditch process for 5 kinds of female excipients is 92.74%~98.42%,and the removal efficiency is more than 90%,the removal effect is significant;while the removal efficiency of A~2/O+MBR process for the above 5 kinds of female excipients is 25.59%~91.49%,the fluctuation range is large,the removal effect for BPA and E3 is good,the removal effect for 17α-E2 and E1 is relatively poor,but there is almost no removal effect for EE2;A~2/O process The removal rate of 5 kinds of female excipients ranged from70.05%to 94.07%,and the removal effect of 17α-E2 was relatively poor. |
