China is a large developing country,and its main task is still to develop its economy.Most of the energy required for industrial production comes from coal-fired power plants,so the problem of air pollution caused by pollutant emissions has always been valued by the state.In this paper,the computational fluid dynamics method(CFD)is used to optimize the pressure loss and regulate the flow field of the 1350 MW coal-fired unit of Shenneng Anhui Pingshan Power Plant,the largest single-unit unit in China currently.The CFD simulation of the empty unit presented some relevant information of pressure field and velocity field.On this basis,low pressure loss optimization design and flue gas flow field regulation are carried out.Through the modification of the local structure,the total pressure loss of the denitrification device has been reduced;by reasonably installing the deflector,the uniformity of the flow field in the tower is improved,which is conducive to the full mixing of flue gas and ammonia gas,leading to the denitrification reaction proceeded efficiently.In order to verify the effectiveness of pressure loss optimization and flow field regulation,research was carried to simulate the cold state of the denitrification process.The experimental results were basically consistent with the simulation results,which proved the rationality of the optimized design.In addition,this paper takes Yangxi 1240 MW ultra-large-scale coalfired unit as an example and adopts a segmented calculation method to simulate the pressure and velocity field of the environmental island,including SCR denitrification device,low-low temperature ESP,FGD,WESP and a large number of complex transition flue channel.Furthermore,based on specific deflector,the flow field simulation and control of the denitrification device and wet electrostatic precipitator is also operated.Through this work,a relatively complete distribution of pressure loss and flue gas velocity is obtained,which lays a foundation for further optimization of the operation of environmentally-friendly islands,especially the optimized design of low pressure loss for each connected flue(size and layout)channel.
