| Cobalt,as a common metal,is often used as a cobalt matrix composite in the field of catalysis and energy conversion due to its high activity, wide source and low price. With population growth and industrial expansion, fossil fuels are facing the problem of exhaustion. At the same time, the vast majority of fossil energy is burned, resulting in the unavoidable emissions of a large amount of CO2 gas, which is the main component of Green House gases. Therefore, the developing environmentally friendly renewable energy and recycling of CO2 by chemical means have become our main research content. On the other hand,as an effective clean energy source, hydrogen is of great significance to solve energy shortage and environmental pollution. In this paper, two kinds of cobalt nanoparticles based catalysts supported by nitrogen-doped carbon were prepared.Their structure and performance are studied carefully. They shows good catalytic activities in the cycloaddition of CO2 with styrene oxide and in hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)from electro-catalytic water splitting. The thesis chapters are as follows:Chapter 1:The research progress on the CO2 cycloaddition reaction in the presence of a variety of hetero-and homo-catalysts is reviewed, and discussed the specific properties of the used catalysts. In other part, the research progress of electro-catalysts for the hydrogen evolution reaction from water splitting is reviewed.Chapter 2:A kind of cobalt nanoparticles based catalysts supported by nitrogen-doped carbon with porous folding structure of graphene are prepared, characterized and applied in the CO2 cycloaddition reaction. The relationship between the structure of the catalyst and performance and catalytic mechanism are discussed in detail..Chapter 3:A kind of based catalysts supported by nitrogen-doped carbon are prepared, characterized, applied in the HER from water splitting.Chapter 4:The summary of whole thesis. |
