In this paper,the pretreatment of FCC gasoline ether with carbon tetra and isobutane was studied to produce alkylated oil catalyzed by a new solid acid.The effects of temperature,pressure,molar ratio of hydrogen to Butadiene on the hydrogenation of butadiene in the raw material pretreatment were investigated.The optimized process conditions were obtained.The methods of removing impurities such as methanol,sulfur,nitrogen and chlorine were introduced.The effects of temperature,pressure and ratio of alkanes to olefins on the production of alkylated oil catalyzed by a new type of solid acid were investigated.Alkylation oils were characterized by ambient temperature distillation apparatus,gas chromatography and densimeter.The results showed :(1)After FCC ether,the mixture of carbon four and isobutane contained impurities such as methanol,water,sulfur nitrogen and butadiene.The methanol content of 0.3% was reduced to less than 50 ug/g by washing,the sulfur and arsenic were reduced to less than 1 ug/g and 1ppb by adsorption,the chlorine and nitrogen were all reduced to less than 1 ug/g,and the oxides were reduced to less than 30 ug/g.(2)Butadiene contains 0.3% of the raw material.Through selective hydrogenation,the optimum reaction conditions are as follows: import reaction temperature 55 C,outlet temperature 70 C,pressure 1.9 MPa,molar ratio of hydrogen to butadiene 3.1:1,butadiene content can be reduced to less than 50 ug/g,and the conversion of 1-butene isomerization to2-butene is 65%.(3)The optimum conditions for alkylation reaction are alkane-ene ratio 13:1,alkylation temperature 45 C,alkylation reaction pressure 1.8 MPa,and raw material treatment capacity14.5 T h-1.Under these conditions,the conversion of olefins is 99.8%,the octane number of alkylated oil is 99.2,and the dry point of alkylated oil is 204 C.It can be used as an ideal component for blending gasoline.
