Corrosion Risk Assessment And Control Of Aviation Kerosene Hydrogenation Unit

One third of the metal materials used in industry are invalid due to corrosion.Petrochemical industry is one of the industries that consume most metal materials.With the continuous development of industry,the scale of chemical plants is expanding,the production cycle is prolonging,the quality of crude oil is deteriorating,and the corrosion of chemical plants is becoming increasingly prominent.Corrosion analysis of main processing units and corresponding improvement measures are very important for long-term safe operation of the units.This paper is mainly aimed at the corrosion problems faced by hydrogenation devices in ningxia petrochemical company.After learning the causes and mechanisms of various corrosion mechanisms,it analyzes the current corrosion situation of hydrogenation devices in ningxia petrochemical company,confirms the main corrosion types in different parts and systems,and completes the corrosion loop diagram of the device.Based on the production situation and production experience of the plant,a semi-quantitative risk assessment is made for the equipment pipeline of the whole plant by selecting an appropriate method.After analyzing the data,use the various non-destructive testing methods to conduct on-site measurement on the selected pipelines and equipment with medium and high risk,Subsequently,the semi-quantitative risk assessment results were revised,combined with the actual production of the device,the anti-corrosion recommendations of the device were given.The anti-corrosion Suggestions mainly include the following aspects: firstly,the problem of quaternary ammonium salt crystallization in the low temperature part of the device is emphatically eliminated;Second,process optimization is carried out,such as adjusting PH value in the system,determining specific parameters such as Kp value and low-temperature flue gas dew point,to slow down the corrosion of the device.Thirdly,strengthen the anti-corrosion of equipment and add online monitoring system to improve the anti-corrosion of equipment.Finally,in view of some common problems in corrosion in the chemical industry,some views on anti-corrosion work are proposed.
