The oxidation reaction of amines is one of the most basic reactions in organic synthesis, which can produce a variety of value-added products, such as oximes, nitriles, imines, amides. These products include the key nitrogen-containing synthetic modules of the modern chemical industry.Unlike the oxidation of alcohols, the researches on the direct oxidation of amines are relatively few. This is mainly due to the higher reactivity of the nitrogen center relative to the oxygen, which leads to the reduced selectivity of the product. However, because amines are readily available through a variety of chemical transformations, direct oxidation of amines to the corresponding oxidation products is preferred.Among the oxidation products of amines, aldehydes and ketones are the precursors of various chemical reactions, which are widely used in pharmaceutical intermediates, material research and development, and fine chemical industry.Although many oxidation methods for obtaining aldehydes and ketones from alcohols have been successfully used in synthetic chemistry and large-scale industrial processes, the widespread availability of amines has led us to consider them as viable substrates for the oxidation of aldehydes or ketones for the preparation of required ones. Therefore,it is of great significance to develop new synthesis methods of aldehydes and ketones for industrial application and basic scientific research. In this paper,TPAP is used as oxidant and NMO is used as pro-oxidant.By screening usage of solvent, oxidant consumption,pro-oxidant consumption, additives and other influential factors, the paper finally determined the generated by primary amines ruthenium catalysts for catalytic oxidation of aldehydes and ketones optimum reaction condition, reaction of the substrate and had a wide exploration into the scope of application of reaction substrate. The catalytic system also has the advantages of simple operation of substrate, wide application range of substrate and high product yield. The reaction can also be scaled up to gram scale. The reaction system provides a simple and efficient way for the synthesis of aldehydes and ketones. |
