| Coke is the main raw material for steel production,and coke oven is an industrial kiln for coke production.Coking temperature is the most important process indicator in the control of coke oven heating,and the control of temperature determines the yield and quality of coke.Due to the limitations of production environment and technology,most coking plants still rely on manual temperature measurement.The traditional manual temperature measurement method uses a handheld infrared thermometer to measure the temperature of the coke oven vertical fire escape at the top of the furnace,which results in high ambient temperature,high dust,high measurement frequency and arduous tasks,and the integrity of temperature data is easily affected by coal addition.Therefore,coke oven production urgently needs an accurate and efficient automated temperature measurement method instead of manual temperature measurement to completely solve the problem of low accuracy and measurement efficiency of coke oven temperature measurement.The automation of coke oven temperature measurement and the improvement of measurement efficiency and precision are the keys to improve the automation and refinement of the coking process.In order to realize the accurate measurement of coke oven temperature field data during the coking process,this paper designs an automatic coke oven straight-line temperature acquisition and analysis system.The system consists of an upper computer,a server,a Zig Bee network,an inspection robot and its auxiliary equipment.The upper computer and server are used for human-computer interaction,including sending commands,temperature display,data storage and other functions.The Zig Bee network realizes the communication between the inspection robot and the upper computer.The inspection robot is equipped with a two-color infrared pyrometer,which can acquire the radial temperature distribution curve of the vertical fire channel and obtain the accurate temperature of the vertical fire channel through analysis.In order to meet different temperature measurement requirements,the inspection robot has multiple working modes: automatic mode,manual mode and remote control mode.The system is equipped with automatic and rapid temperature measurement,allround information collection and equipment monitoring,battery management,equipment fault diagnosis,marching fault diagnosis,fault alarm and other functions,realizing fully automatic and accurate temperature measurement.Tthe cooperation between the upper computer and the inspection robot enables temperature collection and in-depth analysis of the coke oven temperature field,giving accurate straight-line temperature and temperature field distribution,and presenting it clearly in various ways.The analysis of the coke oven temperature field distribution depends entirely on the results of the standing fire channel temperature measurements.The comparison of the measured temperature with the manual temperature measurement shows that the system is stable and reliable,and can accurately obtain the coke oven riser temperature,and then analyze the whole coke oven temperature field,which is an important basis for the adjustment of coke oven process parameters and the assurance of coke quality.Finally,based on the temperature data collected from the continuous operation of the system,this paper analyzes the radial temperature distribution of the vertical fire channel,summarizes three typical temperature distributions,and gives the main influencing factors.For the overall temperature field distribution,the paper analyzes the coke oven temperature field distribution pattern and temperature change trend in both time and space dimensions,and based on this,the ARIMA temperature prediction model is established to predict the coke oven temperature.The prediction results show that this model can accurately predict the temperature change trend,which is an important guidance for coke oven temperature control. |
