| With the market expansion of lead battery,the output and demand of waste lead battery also increase correspondingly,and the demand for lead resources is also increasing.However,the primary lead resources are decreasing year by year,so more and more attention is paid to the production of recycled lead.Lead also has pollution,the waste lead battery contains a large number of waste lead resources,smashing and dismantling as a part of the waste lead battery recycling,its production process also has pollution,can be managed through the theory of cleaner production methods,reduce pollution emissions.According to statistics,there are about 300 enterprises engaged in smashing and dismantling of waste lead batteries in China.Most of the related enterprises have a small production scale and many defects in production management.However,there is no research on clean production related to smashing and dismantling of waste lead batteries in China at present.This article by collecting a large number of relevant literature and data of cleaner production,to grasp the theory and methods of cleaner production,the research on current situation of waste lead accumulator smashing and dismantling enterprises,found that at present most of the flaws of the relevant enterprises in clean production management.By using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and expert consultation method to determine the evaluation index and weight,the evaluation index system of cleaner production is established to provide tools for related enterprises to understand the status of cleaner production.Suggestions for improving cleaner production management are put forward from three aspects:introducing advanced cleaner production technology,perfecting cleaner production management system and improving information disclosure.Through this study,we hope to improve the level of cleaner production of related companies,improve the recovery rate of waste lead resources,and promote the development of cleaner production in China. |
