With the continuous development of science and technology and economy in human society,environmental problems have been paid more and more attention,among which the uncontrolled discharge of oily sewage has gradually become one of the main factors of environmental pollution.In recent years,the field of oily wastewater purification has attracted the attention of scientists all over the world.Many effective methods and functional devices have been developed to realize efficient purification and rapid separation of oily wastewater.These strategies include chemical dispersion method,skimming method,bioremediation method and the use of adsorbents,etc.These strategies have achieved good results and have been successfully applied in practice.But these methods generally have the problems of low efficiency,high cost and low reliability.Therefore,the development of efficient,low-cost,safe and durable oil pollution purification system is an important topic to be solved urgently in this field.The method of ultra-fast laser directional construction to prepare the wetting structure proposed in this paper can be applied to the field of efficient oil wastewater purification,and has a good prospect for future development.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Exploration of laser processing technology based on rapid fabrication of functional devices and construction of workbench of femtosecond laser oriented construction microstructure integrated system.A special wetting interface with uniform micro-nano composite structure was prepared on the material surface to explore the relationship between laser working conditions and the constructed structure,and the relationship between the processing conditions and the actual sample preparation was clarified.(2)Study the coupling relationship between structure and function of core wettability filter membrane,explore the forming mechanism of functional membrane,design and prepare highly selective wettability functional filter membrane for the purification and separation of simulated oil-bearing wastewater on laboratory scale.In addition,the separation conditions and separation principle of oil-bearing sewage are simply described,and based on this,the structure design,performance optimization and coordination relationship adjustment of the functional filter membrane are preliminarily carried out.(3)The continuous purification and phase separation of oily sewage can be realized by designing a reasonable integrated device structure by analyzing the adsorption and transport rules of two different media(oil and water)which mainly exist in the oily sewage and the adsorption/repulsion stability of another medium in different media.In addition,the device structures are adjusted and optimized according to the test parameters for efficient purification and separation of different types of oily wastewater.(4)The application of the integrated purification device which can be used for continuous separation in the separation of actual domestic oily sewage is described,and its performance and functional stability ability under harsh environment is discussed in combination with the actual existence of sewage.At the same time,the evaluation system of the structural functional stability under different working conditions was established to predict the degradation mechanism and life confidence interval of the functional and performance aspects under the influence of the service environment.
