| With the rapid development of China’s social and economic base,the Promotion of "Sponge City" and Smart City,reducing the environmental burden based on development,in harmony with the natural environment,the ecological building materials needed to construct a comfortable living environment for human beings,"hydroelasticity" has been paid more and more attention in our country.However,due to the traditional cement-based pervious concrete material has such problems as low tensile strength,serious shrinkage cracking,poor chemical corrosion resistance,dimness and lack of light in the dark without light irradiation,and no lighting function,its development and application are limited to a certain extent.Synthetic resin based concrete relative to cement material,it has high mechanical strength,long service life,excellent impact resistance,durability and corrosion resistance,and easy to color lighting.At the same time,it can be cured at room temperature in a short time,fast strength formation.Therefore,the research on resin-based permeable concrete is needed at present,which conforms to the situation of national environmental protection.It is a multi-functional composite material with the functions of lighting,water permeability,sound absorption,purification and environmental protection while ensuring the strength.In this paper,according to the performance and characteristics of resin based permeable concrete,the main research contents are as follows:(1)Raw material composition design and mix ratio design.From stone than glue,reinforcing fiber layer and aggregate gradation,the design scheme of test,the mechanical properties,water permeability,and effective porosity of resin-based permeable concrete were tested and analyzed,combined with long afterglow luminescent materials,it has the function of indicating and indicating,by using its comprehensive evaluation method,the resin reinforced water permeability system with excellent mechanical properties and water permeability was obtained.(2)Mechanical simulation based on finite element ABAQUS.Using ABAQUS based on the physical model of random aggregate simulation of the resin matrix under different grading of aggregate concrete under uniaxial compression and three point bending crack damage of the expansion of the fracture form and stress distribution,and compared with experimental values for parametric analysis,on the basis of the mesoscopic level research reveals the macro mechanical properties,the reliability and feasibility of finite element simulation method on the mechanical strength of resin based pervious concrete are verified.(3)Comparison test of performance of permeable concrete with different substrates.Take under the optimal mixture ratio of resin base permeable concrete with the same cement-based permeable concrete under two kinds of permeable materials,the mechanical properties were analyzed,and the slow freezing method is adopted for both freeze-thaw cycling test,the appearance,mass loss,strength loss rate of specimen test analysis,after that,the cost of the two substrate permeable materials is listed and analyzed,comprehensive properties,the feasibility and inevitability of the application of resin-based permeable materials in urban roads are demonstrated. |
