This thesis includes following four parts:(1)The chirality,chiral substances,high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),optical resolution methods,chiral stationary phases of HPLC,mandelic acid,cyclodextrin,eantioselective membranes etc.were introduced.(2)Usingβ-CD as chiral selector,four kinds of chiral stationary phases were prepared by using three different carbamate and one glycidyl bond arm.With the normal mobile phase CH3(CH2)4CH3/(CH3)2CHOH,the reversed mobile phase CH3OH/H2O,the organic mobile phases CH3OH,C2H3N and CH3OH/C2H3N,the optical resolution of 16 racemates was achieved on those chiral columns in HPLC.(3)Synthesizing cellulose tri(3,5-dimethylphenyl carbamate),it was coated on Si O2to prepare a chromatographic column.By solubility equilibrium method,the solubility curve of D/L-mandelic acid was ploted.The solubility of D/L-mandelic acid in water,acid and base increased with the increase of temperature.The order of solubility was SNa OH>SHCl O4>SH2O.(4)Theβ-cyclodextrin-homobenzoyl chloride composite membrane was prepared by interfacial polymerization,and the chiral membrane extraction of D,L-mandelic acid on the membrane was investigated.When the concentration ofβ-cyclodextrin was 0.133 g/m L,the extraction time was 45 min,and the sample concentration was 0.8 mg/m L,the chiral membrane extraction effect of D,L-mandelic acid could reach 59.38%e.e. |
