Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the acceleration of my country’s modernization process and the rapid increase in the number of small and medium-sized vehicles in cities,the content of CO in the atmosphere has also risen sharply.CO has become an important indicator to measure the state of air pollution and industrial pollutant emissions in my country,and the grid layout of urban environmental monitoring systems has become an important task for pollution prevention and control.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a miniaturized gas monitor that can realize real-time online detection of CO in the air and is easy to install.This article compares and analyzes a variety of CO detection methods,focuses on the detection principle of infrared absorption method and uses this method as the main method to detect CO;analyzes and studies the CO absorption spectrum,and builds on this basis based on Lambert Beer’s law The CO detection theoretical model determines the conclusion of the linear relationship between CO concentration-light intensity-voltage;in the system structure,the light source and sensor are analyzed,and the light path structure of the gas chamber is mainly studied.The White gas chamber model is used to determine the design parameters,Use Zemax software to simulate and optimize the optical path system in non-sequential mode to complete the three-dimensional structure design of the gas chamber.After the optimization,the volume of the air chamber structure is about 4600cm~2,and the optical path can reach 5m,which is 73%smaller than the traditional air chamber volume,laying the foundation for the miniaturization of the instrument.In the hardware design,the circuit is integrated and designed,including the CO detector,temperature sensor circuit,analog/digital conversion,serial communication,and basic circuit design.Finally,simulation software is used for performance verification.Design the functions of the upper computer and lower computer of the system to realize the data display function of the CO analyzer.The miniaturization of CO gas analyzers is of great significance for environmental monitoring and management.In summary,through theoretical research and simulation analysis,a miniaturized CO gas analyzer based on the infrared absorption method is designed.The development of this monitoring system is conducive to the realization of miniaturization of the instrument,the grid of environmental monitoring,and the improvement of my country’s atmosphere The ability to monitor pollution in real time.
