Research On Legislation Perfection Of Environmental Protection Supervision System In China

In recent years,environmental issues have gradually become social issues that all citizens of society are concerned about.Environmental issues are also closely related to the quality of life of the people.At present,my country’s environmental protection work as a whole is showing an increasingly perfect state,but in terms of specific local environmental protection work,there have been some unfavorable situations.The more serious environmental problems in our country cannot be controlled in a timely and effective manner,thus further aggravating.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the issue of ecological civilization construction has received unprecedented attention,and ecological civilization has also been reflected in the overall layout of the five in one.In order to take environmental issues seriously,rectify related environmental breaches,and promote the effective development of my country’s environmental protection work and the proper resolution of environmental issues,the environmental protection inspection system was born.The environmental protection inspection system is an important measure to improve the urban and rural living environment and accelerate ecological construction.Especially in terms of local solutions to environmental problems,as well as in accelerating the implementation of the environmental protection inspection system,the party and the government share responsibilities,and the promotion of my country’s environmental protection-related legal system construction has highlighted important values.The environmental protection inspection system is also an important institutional innovation for comprehensively implementing the rule of law in our country,which has effectively promoted the progress of the rule of law in our country’s environmental protection system.However,there are still many problems in my country’s environmental protection inspection system,especially at the legislative level,there is still a lot of room for discussion and improvement.The first part of this article starts from the overview of my country’s environmental protection inspection system,and compares and clarifies the concepts related to the environmental protection inspection system.On this basis,it conducts a deeper analysis of my country’s environmental protection inspection system and its legal attributes.The second part reviews and analyzes the development of my country’s environmental protection inspection system in stages,and fully expands the implementation status of the environmental protection inspection system,and makes an overall evaluation from the perspective of the development of the system itself.The third part conducts in-depth discussion on the problems existing in the specific implementation of my country’s environmental protection inspection system,and at the same time refers to the experience of foreign environmental protection inspection systems to improve my country’s environmental protection inspection system at the legislative level.First,conduct a comprehensive analysis on the overall legislative system,and propose to implement special legislation at the national level;second,improve the information disclosure system in the environmental protection inspection system in terms of legislative content,and extend to the construction of the public participation system.Finally,from the perspective of the establishment of the assessment system,we will improve the construction of the incentive mechanism for the environmental protection work of local governments in our country in the existing inspection system.
