| With the rapid economic development in Aksu region and the continuous development and utilization of land resources,the contradiction between economic growth and the consumption of natural capital has become a difficult problem for economic green development.As a kind of natural capital,land resources can not only create economic value,but also provide functions such as water conservation,windbreak and sand fixation,and biodiversity protection.At present,the land resources in Aksu area are seriously desertification and salinization,and there is a constant risk of deterioration.To understand the development and utilization of land resources in Aksu area,and to calculate the natural capital and ecological service value of land in Aksu area qualitatively and quantitatively is conducive to evaluating the implementation effect of the current land policies,formulating reasonable land resource protection policies,and realizing the economic green development in Aksu area.In this paper,through the change analysis of the development and utilization of Aksu area,the driving force analysis of land development and utilization,the impact mechanism analysis of land development and utilization on the environment,to understand the problems existing in the land utilization.By constructing a three-dimensional ecological footprint model suitable for the land natural capital accounting in Aksu region,the land natural capital status from 2009 to2018 was calculated from the aspects of ecological footprint,ecological carrying capacity,ecological surplus/ecological deficit,footprint depth and footprint breadth.Based on 11 ecosystem service functions,the ecosystem service values and changes of various land use types and ecological functions during the land use process in Aksu area were calculated.The results show that :(1)From 2009 to 2018,the intensity of land development and utilization in Aksu region was strengthened,and the land area changed greatly in woodland,grassland and unused land,while the land area changed least in water area,arable land and desert.The area of woodland,garden land,construction land and desert increased,while the area of arable land,pasture land,water area and unused land decreased.(2)The per capita ecological footprint of various land use types in Aksu area is the cultivated land >grassland >fossil energy land >construction land >forest land >water area.The per capita ecological carrying capacity of each type of land use from large to small is the cultivated land >pasture > construction land > woodland > water area;Construction land in the ecological surplus,cultivated land,grassland,forest land,water and fossil energy land in a state of ecological deficit,but the construction land ecological surplus value is not enough to offset the cultivated land,grassland,forest land,water and fossil energy land caused by the ecological deficit,so aksu region as a whole is in a state of ecological deficit(3)from 2009 to 2018,aksu region of various land types ecological service value increase of 20.656 billion yuan,the cultivated land,grassland,water area,construction land and unused land ecosystem service value decreased little,forest land,garden land and desert ecosystem service value increase.The value of 11 types of ecological service functions in Aksu area is as follows: water conservation>waste disposal >biodiversity >soil >climate regulation >gas regulation >aesthetic landscape>raw material production>food production>water supply to>nutrient cycle maintenance;In the development and utilization of land,the function value of regulating service and supporting service is larger. |
